2 Technical requirements FRAGMENT DU DESIR GENERAL POINTS The performance includes 8 persons : 4 actor-dancers, 3 technical managers and 1 touring manager. Lenght of performance : 1 hour 25 minutes, without intermission Stage opening : 8 meters minimum Proscenium opening : 7 m minimum Stage opening wall to wall : 12 m minimum Depth : 8 m minimum from iron to back wall with a proscenium : 2 m Height under the grid : 5,5 m minimum We focus the low of borders between 5 m50 and 6 m Number of used bars : 24 bars (pipes or battens) According to the seating plan, some seats could be considered as restricted view for the audience. Please check it together. WE NEED A VERY GOOD QUALITY OF BLACK BOX AND A TOTAL BLACKOUT ON THE STAGE AND IN THE AUDIENCE AREA. BE CAREFUL, THE ACTORS SMOKE CIGARETS ON THE STAGE. WE USE YOUR FOG MACHINE A FEW TIMES DURING THE PERFORMANCE, SO WE NEED SOME COMPENSATORIES ARRANGEMENTS. During the performance, we need one assistant stage manager, he would be dressed in black color. In generally, we send you a light plot adapted to your Theatre plan to make a pre-hanging for legs, borders and lights. Before our arrival, we need the wings off to permit a good setting. CATERING : Thanks to prepare any bottles of water, coffee, tea and chocolate for the setting. 2 DRESSING ROOMS for the 4 actors With mirrors, load bearing, hand towels, shower Coffee, tea, cakes, fruit juices and fruits. For the day of performance, we like to eat, from 6 o'clock am, : sandwich with ham and cheese. 3 STAFF : necessary for the setting (cf : schedule enclosed) For the setting, we need 6 minimum calls (4 hours by one minimum call) and if there is a prehanging, we need only 5 minimum calls. STAGE 1 stage manager 2 stagehands LIGHT 1 light manager 2 electricians Sounds 1 sound and video manager Costums 1 dresser for 2 half days ( Washing machine, washer-drier, iron) SCENERY Volume of scenery and props : 9 m3 This is mainly one box, made in wood, (size : 2,5 m*3 m*0,95 meters) in the middle of the stage and many props in the wings We used 3 bars for the rigging : one down stage and two other ones upstage.
