3 Sports Hall Opening Times Monday-Friday Saturday Sunday 6.30am-10.30pm Rochdale Leisure Centre has a four-court sports hall available for a wide range of indoor sports. These include badminton, short-mat bowls, cricket, tennis, basketball, netball and table tennis. Group & Block Bookings Facilities available for daytime, evening and weekend use for casual, group and school bookings. Ten week block bookings are available on request with full payment at time of booking. Booking essential. 4 Fitness Opening Times Monday-Friday Saturday Sunday 6.30am-10.30pm Rochdale Leisure Centre has a large fitness suite with over 120 stations that includes cardio and resistance equipment, free weights, vibration training and stretch areas. Fitness Classes There is an extensive range of cardio, conditioning, holistic and dance classes, including pool sessions, with something for all abilities. Pick up a copy of our latest Fitness Class Timetable or visit our website for full details. Classes are free with membership and can be booked 24 hours a day using our online booking service. Pay per session also available for nonmembers. Online bookings: Activity Gym This gym provides an additional area for people with specific health needs, and sessions for ladies only, over 50s, youth fitness and group bookings.
