1 2015 EAST ELITE ALL STAR/COLLEGE CHEER & DANCE INVITATIONAL COMPETITION NEW ENGLAND S LARGEST LOCAL COMPETITION **Now Offering Half Year Team Divisions and will follow USASF Guidelines** The staff at East Elite Cheer Gym (ECE) would like to cordially invite you to their 13 th Annual All Star and College Cheer and Dance Competition. We will be offering a 54x42 spring floor for competition and a spring tumble strip and regular foam floor for warm-ups. Please read all enclosed forms. DATE: Sunday, April 12, 2015 PLACE: Marlboro High School, Marlboro, MA TIME: Competition will begin between 9AM and 10AM depending on how many teams register. Performance time and warm-up times will be ed to you and available on our website at FEE: Registration fee per team is $200. If you bring 4 or more teams, each team only pays $175. College Teams are only $150. ADDITIONAL FEES: PLEASE READ 1. Any registration form received with no payment will NOT be registered. 2. Any registration form postmarked after April 3rd, will be assessed a $25 late fee per team. 3. There will be a $50 fee per team for any changes made to your divisions. No division changes will be accepted after April 3rd. Once the divisions are posted there will be NO division changes made to the schedule. 4. East Elite reserves the right to combine divisions of same age and level and we will be following USASF guidelines concerning merging divisions.

2 GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Doors will open 1 hour before the start of the competition. Please arrive at your designated registration time. 2. Price of admission is $12 for adults and $8 for students and Senior Citizens. Children 5 and under are FREE. 3. There will be a concession stand set up in the cafeteria of the school. There will be breakfast and lunch items available. 4. We will be offering a SPIRIT SHOP with event t-shirts for sale. 5. There will be various vendors selling a variety of items. 6. There will be plenty of parking available. Please do not park in any tow zones as your vehicle will be towed. 7. We will have a section for viewing for handicapped individuals. Please ask any of our staff (wearing a staff t-shirt) to show you to the area reserved for the handicapped. 8. REGISTRATION FORMS AND PAYMENTS are due by April 3rd. Please make sure you have all of your forms and payment sent to us by that date so it allows us ample time to put together the schedule. Please note that all registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. 9. There will be EMT s on duty for competition however we will not supply tape and pre-wrap. We will have ice available and other supplies for any injuries that may occur.

3 RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. All teams will compete on a 54x42 competition SPRING FLOOR. 2. All teams will have stretching time, warm-up time and tumbling warm-up on a spring tumble strip. 3. We will follow all USASF guidelines. 4. We will follow NCA guidelines for College Divisions. 5. We will be assessing deductions ONLY for legalities. 6. There will be a penalty judge during the entire time assessing any legalities. 7. We will be using category judging during this competition. 8. We will trophy 50% in each division. Tinys and Minis will all get a trophy. 9. Judges decisions are final. 10. You can pick up your score sheets after awards at the judge s table. 11. We will be using the Varsity Score Sheet for All Star and the NCA COLLEGE Score sheet for college divisions. 12. All full year teams must not exceed 2:30 for routine. HALF-YEAR(ALL-STAR PREP) TEAM GUIDELINES 1. Half year teams can t exceed 2:00 for their routine. 2. There can be no crossovers from full year teams to half year teams. 3. We will be using the Varsity HALF YEAR score sheet.

Please list all teams with crossovers so we can accommodate your warm-up and performance times. PLEASE NOTE: If you add additional crossovers after the April 3rd deadline, we can t guarantee you ample time in the warm-up room. Our schedule will complete by then but if you need extra time due to a last minute injury, we will accommodate you.
