4 1 REGISTRATION ENTRIES Entries will only be accepted from National Ski & Snowboard Associations, affiliated to the FIS in accordance with the FIS quotas and the rules for Slopestyle Events. Entries must be submitted to the OC using the FIS online registration system within the mentioned deadlines. Please make sure that all athletes have a valid FIS license. 5 3 ACCOMMODATIONS Please note that accommodations will be available at the FIS rate for the dates of the programme only: Arrival: Sunday 22 nd January 2017 Departure: Sunday 29 th January 2017 Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and are not available at the FIS rate. Teams must forward their team accommodation request with the provisional entries (ladies/men/official) before the deadline mentioned previously. According to the FIS Rules the rates are 80 CHF/day per team member (athletes and team officials) for accommodations and half board. The rate has to be paid directly at the hotel. Any kind of extras must be paid by the teams or athletes themselves. A credit card is requested at your arrival at the hotel for deposit. Parking fees have to be paid at the hotel directly. 5

6 3 ACCOMMODATIONS Now shows or late cancellations (=7 days before arrival) will be charged to the National associations directly at the hotel. If needed, please make all your changes through the online registration and send us a quick to make sure we have the updated information about your arriving schedule. IMPORTANT INFORMATION! In order to accommodate all riders, coaches and officials in a correct way, we do need your Accommodation Booking by (Snowboard) (Freeski). After the mentioned deadline the FIS rate for hotel accommodation cannot be guaranteed. 6

7 4 TRANSPORTATION Teams are responsible for their own transportation. 5 TEAM REGISTRATION / RACE OFFICE Team registration will take place on Sunday January 22 nd (12:00-20:00) and Monday (09:00 12:00) at the Kulturhaus Seis where the official race office takes place. 6 PARTICIPATITON FEE According the World Cup Rules, a mandatory participation fee of total CHF 30/day (120 CHF in total) for training and competition for each competitor has to be paid to the organizing committee not later than Monday January 23 rd 2017, the official first training day. The participation Fee will have to be paid in cash only at the Registration/Race Office (Kulturhaus, Seis) within the above mentioned deadline of Monday January 23 rd,

8 5 TEAM CAPTAINS MEETINGS The Team Captains Meetings will be held at the Kulturhaus Seis. Please see schedule for meeting times. 6 BIB S Athletes must wear the official bib during all official training, competition and award ceremony. The bib s will be distributed at the Team Captain meeting on Sunday January 22nd AWARDS CEREMONIES AND PRIZES The award ceremonies will be right after the race on the stage. Competitors must wear bibs during the official training, competition and awards ceremony. Winners will receive prize money via bank transfer. Athletes should go to Registration, located at Kulturhaus Seis immediately following awards on finals day to claim prize money. Please have bank account information as well as passport available at the Registration. 8

9 8 ANTI- DOPING CONTROL Anti- doping control testing may be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by FIS. 9 ACCIDENT INSURANCE All competitors must have their own medical insurance. The Organizing Committee, their agents, employees and volunteers, sponsors, suppliers, the FIS and FISI decline any responsibility for accidents, damaged or list equipment and second and third party claims during the event. 10 LIABILITY All athletes, officials and other representatives of national Associations will attend at their own risk. The Organizing Committee declines any liability for damages or injuries of athletes, officials or any other persons. It will be necessary to show your evidence of medical and insurance cover. 9

10 12 CATERING AT THE VENUE From Monday January 23rd 2017 Saturday January 28th 2017 there will be catering service for athletes and coaches at the venue. 10
