(SING, DANCE, ACT) MUSICAL THEATRE PROJECT* NEW *BARRE CLASSES* *BROADWAY BOOT CAMP* *BALLET TECHNIQUE* SUMMER LESSONS FOR FUN AND CONTINUITY A one-hour smorgasbord of classes will be held biweekly for 3-8 year olds for a 2-week period. Classes will incorporate all primary disciplines of dance, Ballet, Tap, and Jazz. The classes are geared towards the beginner student who would like to try a new discipline for a short period of time before making a year long commitment, but at the same time feel comfortable in the knowledge they already know. Classes are also a great way for the pre-dancer who is ready for more structure to try out the structured class for 2 weeks, a total of 4 classes. Classes are also a great way for a younger or older sibling, friend or neighbor to try dancing as a summer activity. (please feel free to share this information sheet with those who may be interested.) *Leotard, Tights, Tap and Ballet Shoes required. *Summer lessons will run: 7/5, 7/7, 7/12, 7/14 COST: $40.00 Tuesday & Thursday 3-5 yr. old (Beginner) 4:00-5:00 p.m. 5 8 yr. old (Beg. Structured) 4:00-5:00 p.m.

Ages 3 7 PRINCESS CAMP - Camp will be held Mon. Fri., July 11th 15th 9:00 11:30 a.m. This camp is designed specifically for your Princess in Training. Each day is filled with MUSIC and DANCING from you favorite Disney Princess movies along with PRINCESS THEMED CRAFTS! We will also provide a royal SNACK each day! (See Details Above) Ages 7 12 AMERICAN GIRL CAMP - Camp will be held Mon. Fri., July 18th-21st 9:00-11:30 a.m. Isabelle invites YOU and your friends to dance this summer! She is beyond excited to meet you and show you some of her favorite dance moves! Camp includes readings from AG books focusing on self-esteem, crafts, tea time snack and of course LOTS of DANCE! Exposing them to NEW and EXCITING styles such as Modern, Hip Hop, Irish Dancing, Cheer-Dance, and Musical Theatre as well as continuing to strengthen their base curriculum. 3 S.D.A. MUSICAL THEATRE PROJECT - Camp will be held June 27th-July 1st 9:00-1:00 p.m. **NOW in cooperation with SNAP Summer Theatre Productions! Get the edge you need to feel even more successful on stage! Further your insight and train with true accredited industry professionals. Students will focus on audition prep for SNAP s summer production of The Little Mermaid Jr. as well as Musicality, Music Theory, Dance, and Character Development. All vocal, acting and dance training will be with NYC Musical Theatre Professional and Equity Actress Rylyn Juliano. Students will also perform in a Student Showcase at the end of the week. Students will receive a Danc letics SDA T-shirt. A series of rigorous reps and challenging cardio will leave you feeling stronger, longer and leaner in just a couple of short weeks! 4 BALLET TECHNIQUE NOTE: All Current and Aspiring Senior Performance Group & Disney Dancers are strongly encouraged to enroll in TECHNIQUE CLASS TECHNIQUE (Grades 4-6) *Admission by teacher recommendation* This class is ideal for the enthusiastic dancer who wants more! Students who wish to develop their ballet skills, bodyline and control this is what you re looking for! Class will consist of barre and centre floor work as well as turns and combinations. You will build your strength and endurance as you prepare for Dance Technique I. Note: All Technique Classes are a prerequisite for dancers aspiring to work toward Pointe or simply to refine and develop their ballet, and overall dance execution. Cost: $ Classes will be held on Tues. and Thurs. 5:00-6:00 p.m. DANCE TECHNIQUE I (7 th Grade or teacher recommendation) Classes will focus on classical barre and centre floor ballet. Students who wish to develop their ballet skills or have aspirations towards Pointe should consider this class. THIS CLASS IS A PRE-REQUISITE FOR POINTE. Cost: $ Classes will be held on Tues. and Thurs. 6:00-7:30 p.m. DANCE TECHNIQUE II Admission by teacher recommendation only. Pre-requisite of Technique I is required. Classes will focus on more difficult ballet content and the importance of strength necessary to be recommended for Pointe. THIS CLASS IS A PRE-REQUISITE FOR POINTE. Cost: $ Classes will be held on Tues. and Thurs. 5:00-6:30 p.m. BEGINNER POINTE/ DANCE TECHNIQUE 2B COMBINATION Admission by teacher recommendation only. This class is for the beginner Pointe students who have recently been invited to go up. All students are put up with restrictions and must sign Pointe agreements before entering this class. 5 DANCE TECHNIQUE CONT. UPPER LEVEL TECHNIQUE - Admission by teacher recommendation only. For the upper level dancer looking to continue and further strengthen their dance technique. This class will challenge experienced dancers with more difficult leaps, turns and floor combinations. A true artist is never done learning, growing and strengthening their understanding of the complex and ever-changing dance profession. Come push yourselves to the next level.
