Vancouver s site takes place simultaneously with over 630 other sites across 93 different countries. The Vancouver Global Game Jam is completely not- for- profit and volunteer run. The folks that make this jam happen often work around the clock to fundraise enough to cover basic expenses. You re an important part of the community, and it s thanks to companies like yours that we can keep running one of the largest game jams in the world. Actual banners must be provided by the sponsor. 3 Sponsor Area: This is for the exclusive sponsor area table. There is only one sponsor in this area at any time, so you re guaranteed to be the focus of attention. 4 A/V Promo Time: We ll play a video provided by you, at a set time during the jam on our big screen. We reserve the right to refuse content deemed inappropriate for the jam. 5 Jammer Tickets: These are participant tickets to GGJ that you can pass along to people at your company or in your community. Jammers using these tickets must register at the link provided in the package. Participant (jammer) tickets are not needed for visitors or employees helping with sponsor tables.

3 LEGENDARY SPONSOR ($ 5000) 2 Spots Friday or Saturday Make the jammer s Friday/Saturday at the jam by sponsoring their dinner! We ll take care of hassle of ordering food, but it ll be in your name and announced as sponsored by you. This package comes with 6 exclusive hours reserved for you at the sponsor table on that day, from 6 pm to midnight. We ll help brand the food with stickers, if you so choose*. We re also happy to show a promotional video of your choice during the dinner!** * Stickers must be provided by the sponsor company. ** Video must be provided by sponsor company and appropriate for the public. No videos longer than 5 minutes. GOLD SPONSOR ($ 2500) 2 spots Be one of our official coffee sponsors! We ll take care of the brewing, but under your company s logo and name.* This package comes with 4 exclusive hours for you at the sponsor table in one of two slots**: A) Saturday, 10 am to 2 pm B) Sunday, 10 am to 2 pm * Banner and/or any other promotional materials must be provided by the sponsor. ** Slots are first- come first- served.
