How many floor plans will be offered? Three versatile floor plans will be offered ranging from approximately 1,950 sq. ft. to 2,700 sq. ft. with up to 6 bedrooms, up to 4 bathrooms and attached 2 to 3 car garages. Room options may change the size of the home. What is the property tax rate? The property taxes for BlueWater at Summerly is approximately % of your sales price, plus approximately $2,618 to $2,936 per year that includes special assessments and Community Facilities Districts C.F.D. The C.F.D. assessment is determined by the square footage of the home. Assessments are reviewed annually. What are the H.O.A. Dues?
