36 ECC Decision (13)03 on SDL in L-band ECC Decision on the harmonised use of the frequency band MHz for Mobile/Fixed Communications Networks Supplemental Downlink (MFCN SDL) Additional allocation: in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, the Russian Federation, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine, the band MHz, and in Bulgaria the band MHz, are also allocated to the aeronautical mobile service on a primary basis exclusively for the purposes of aeronautical telemetry within the national territory.
