2 Artistic Wedding Photography CHOOSING A WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY Your wedding day will be one of the most special and memorable days of your life. With creativity and versatility, Stephen can record the many special and diverse moments of your wedding day, resulting in images you will be proud to own. Emphasis is on simplicity and elegance to create natural looking pictures that will enhance your memories and treasure for years. We are proud of our reputation for quality and service, and invite you to make an appointment for an OBLIGATION FREE consultation to discuss your ideas & needs. This initial consultation is not just a time to ask the price, rather it is a discussion to help us understand your individual needs and requirements. BOOKING & PAYMENT To secure our photographic services, a booking should be made as soon as your wedding date is known. A pencil booking may be made, and will be held for 10 days. A non-refundable booking fee of $200 confirms your booking; this amount is deducted from price of the coverage you choose. Full payment is required at least 21 days prior to the actual wedding. Great photographs are all about getting to know you and having fun on the day. An interview with you prior to the wedding, ensures that all arrangements are accurate and the style of wedding photography is discussed. Any special requirements can be arranged with Stephen at this stage - it s usually too late after the event!

3 Elegant Wedding Photography LOCATIONS Outdoor wedding photography is our specialty. In case of adverse weather conditions please make suitable arrangements to use an indoor venue. It is also necessary to gain any clearances/permission for photography during the wedding ceremony, as some venues and/or officials do not allow the use of cameras/flash. Please discuss these arrangements with Stephen at your interview. PHOTOGRAPHS ON DISK All images are taken on high quality digital camera. With all wedding packages you will receive the high resolution images ready for printing, on a DVD (for use on a PC/laptop). We do not provide actual photographs. The disk is usually ready 10 days after the wedding. TRAVEL Mileage is charged at $1.00 per kilometre. The first 25kms are complimentary. We are happy to quote for extra mileage charges. LIABILITY Our liability, in the event of equipment failure, is limited to a full refund of the total fee, including the booking fee. CANCELLATION You need to confirm your booking within 10 days of booking, or it may be cancelled by us to accommodate a new definite booking. Cancellation of a confirmed booking please refer to our charges page as cancellation fees may apply. 4 Coverages TUSCAN This coverage generally begins at the bride s home, capturing some of those special pre-wedding moments. Then on to the wedding service followed by photos of various family and other groups. The bridal party then accompanies Stephen to chosen locations for their wedding photography. It s then back to the reception to photograph the guests & cake cutting. PROVENCE Starting with pre-wedding photos it s then to photography of the wedding ceremony and family groups. The bridal group follows Stephen to the locations of their choice for the wedding photography. It s then back to the reception to photograph the guests & cake cutting. UMBRIA Starting with pre-wedding photos it s then to the wedding ceremony, followed by family groups. The bridal party then accompanies Stephen to the chosen locations for their wedding photography. It s then back to the reception to photograph a mock cutting of the wedding cake. PAROS This coverage usually starts with photography of the wedding ceremony and family groups. The bridal group follows Stephen to the location of their choice for the wedding photography and then to the reception for a mock cake cutting. WAIMATA This coverage is suited to a single location. Colour images only are taken. Your wedding photos will be in colour and will include a selection of black & white images. Stephen will also include some images with special effects added through digital manipulation.
