All the candidates as per the list are required to bring all the documents in original which are as per GGSIP University admission brochure and Bank Draft(s) amounting Rs. 30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) toward fee in favour of Amity Institute of Education payable at New Delhi & Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) in favour of Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Payable at Delhi. Please write the name of the candidate and programme CET Rank & CET Roll No. at the back of the Bank Draft(s). 2. Although we don t expect, but still we want to be 100% sure, if someone s name who had applied for management quota seat does not appear in the hereunder merit list, he/she may please inform us by transmitting the copy of application form to Mr. Ravi Kumar (Tel: / Fax: / rkumar11@amity.edu / Address: AKC House, E-27, Defence Colony, New Delhi and ensure telephonically that it has reached. Note: 1. You are not allowed to take admission in management quota if you have taken admission in GGSIP University counselling as per the admission brochure If you take admission in management quota counselling at our institute after depositing the fees and the original CET card 2015, you shall not be allowed to appear in any further rounds of counselling, if announced by GGSIP University.

Candidate has to write, name of the programme, CET Rank and CET Roll Number at the back of the Bank Draft(s). ii) Original certificate of qualifying examination i.e. 10 th, 12 th class and degree (Mark Sheet and certificate). In case of admission the Post Graduation course or B.Ed./MCA/MBA, the candidate will be required to bring the Original Certificate (Mark Sheet and Certificate) of the qualifying degree examination. A Photocopy of the original certificates will also have to be produced which will be retained by the Institution. Without this candidates will not be able to attend the counseling. iii) Admit Card of CET-2015 / proof of obtained rank as it would show the eligibility or non-eligibility (Original). iv) Proof of date of birth [(Secondary School Certificate (Original and one Photocopy)]. v) Certificate and Mark Sheet of the qualifying degree examination issued by the Board/University. In case, where the University has prescribed a condition of passing a subject or subjects at some level, the Certificate /Mark Sheet of the concerned examination in proof thereof should also be produced (Original and One Photocopy). vi) In case of students who have passed the qualifying examination through/ open education system of any recognized university/ board/ institution, the necessary documentary evidence related to location of his / her study centre. i.e. study centre proof, certificate from the university imparting open/ distance education certifying the location of study centre. vii) Conduct and Character Certificate in original from the Head of the Institution from where the qualifying examination has been passed or from Gazetted officer (Original), not older than six months. viii) Certificate of Medical Fitness to be signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner holding degree not lower than MBBS in the format as given in Appendix 4 of GGSIP University admission brochure. ix) Application regarding age relaxation (if necessary) of the information brochure of the GGSIP University. x) Candidates ones enrolled in the GGSIP University at the end of second counseling will not be considered for admission through management quota.

6 Note:- 1. The Original Certificates (except the admit card and medical certificate) will be returned to the candidate after verification. The photocopies of these certificates admit card (in original) and medical certificate (in original) shall be retained. 2. In case of candidates seeking admission in B.Ed programme, mark sheets of all the years wise or semester wise for graduate and post graduate programmes are required. 3. In case of candidates seeking admission in B.Ed programme, mark sheet of senior secondary certificate (12 th Class) is also necessary. 4. In case any of the above document(s) is/ are in any language other than Hindi/English, then authentic translation in English/Hindi shall have to be produced duly verified by the issuing institution/gazette officer/ (original and photocopy) by the candidate at the time of Counselling/ Admission Failure on the part of candidate to produce the requisite authentic translation may result in refusal of admission only the candidate will be responsible. 5. In case the Degree/ Certificate has been obtained from some University / Board of any other country than equivalence certificate must be obtained from Association of Indian Universities (AIU) New Delhi prior to attending the counseling. 6. It is recommended that the outstation applicants should come with bag & baggage, in case they get the admission, they start their classes immediately as the session has commenced.
