Festo piezo-resistive pressure sensors, Type SDE-..., with integral amplifier, provide voltage and current output signals directly proportional to the pressure input at the sensor. With their high accuracy (+ 0.5% full scale), these sensors are ideal for applications requiring precision pressure monitoring and feedback. The complete range encompasses six types, providing analog pressure sensing capability from 0 to psi. Temperature compensation plus protection against short circuits, overvoltage and reverse polarity are built-in to a compact, aluminum housing. Typical applications include: pressure monitoring and regulation in pneumatic automated systems, liquid level and cylinder force measurement, process control, leakage testing, closed loop control, etc. Quick-connect electrical plug connection simplifies installation Robust aluminum housing withstands hostile environments. Six different pressure sensors encompass a wide range of input pressures and output voltages/currents. Built-in circuitry provides protection against over-pressurization, overvoltage (up to 50 VDC), short-circuit and reversepolarity, assuring high reliability and long service life.
