Re: Supply of Printed Diaries for the year 2016 for Karnataka, AP & Telangana Zone, Bangalore Sealed Quotations are invited from the reputed vendors for the Printing of Bank s diaries for the year 2016 as per the following specification of design, size, quality of paper, printing matter. Printer should have past experience of supply of the printed diaries. Quality of paper, printing and other features should be strictly as per specification 8 Delivery Delivery of the finished Diaries should be completed by 27 th Dec 2015 to Karnataka, AP &Telangana Zone, Bangalore, Regional Offices at Bangalore, Visakapattanam, Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Hubli as per further advice and transportation charges will be borne by the vendor. Bank reserves right to refuse to take delivery of the diaries if not found as per our specifications and not delivered with stipulated period. 9 Payment After completion of supply of diaries as per specifications to the above mentioned centers and submission of delivery challans.

2 10 Last Date Quotation in sealed envelope in two bid system (technical & financial) along with application form categorically agreeing to the terms & conditions of the tender should reach the Deputy General Manager, Karnataka, AP & Telangana Zonal Office, # 72, 2 nd Floor, Nitesh Lexington Avenue, Brigade Road, Bangalore, on or before 15 th December, 2015 at 3.00 p.m. Financial bid will contain price bid only as per given format 11 Earnest Money Rs /- by way of DD favoring Bank of Baroda which will be adjusted against the final bill if the job is allotted and completed. 3 TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DIARY Diaries in required quantities/lots are to be latest by 27th December 2015 at Bank s Zonal Office, Regional Offices at Bangalore, Visakapatanam, Hyderabad, Vijayawada & Hubli. 2. The rate includes all taxes and duties, loading unloading, transportation etc. 3. Sample to be submitted in advance for the purpose of verification. 4. Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the tender without assigning any reason thereof. 5. The quality, proof, design, used must be of good quality and the sample be approved by the Bank. 6. Soft copy of the printing material is to be provided to the Bank before printing of actual diary. 7. The tender in sealed cover (Envelop 1-Technical and Envelop 2-Financial Bid both place in one single envelop) must be submitted to the Deputy General Manager, Karnataka, AP & Telangana Zonal Office, # 72, 2 nd Floor, Nitesh Lexington Avenue, Brigade Road, Bangalore, superscribing Tender For Diaries The Technical bid consist Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) by Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque drawn on Bangalore favouring Bank of Baroda. 8. Diaries not found as per the specifications mentioned in the order will be rejected at the supplier cost. 9. Bills for part delivery shall not be considered for payment until the entire order is executed / supplied at the respective places. TDS at prevalent rate will be deducted while making payment. No request for advance payment shall be considered. 10. If for any reason whatever, delivery is not made before or on the stipulated date, Bank shall forfeit the earnest money deposit of Rs.10,000/- and shall treat the order cancelled at the bidder s cost and at its sole discretion to clause the work done / diaries printed through other printers of its choice. 11. Any demand for extra number of diaries will be affected by the printer at same rate and terms and conditions. 12. Bank is free to alter the terms and conditions while placing the order.
