2 WSTA s Mission The Wall Street Technology Association (WSTA ) provides financial industry technology professionals, vendors, service providers, and consultants with forums to learn from and connect with each other. The WSTA facilitates seminars and networking events where members and vendors meet and exchange ideas and best practices that assist them in effectively capitalizing on technology advances and dealing with financial industry business challenges. Founded in 1967, the WSTA is a not-for-profit association with a long history of evolving to meet the needs of financial technology community.

3 WSTA s Profile - Board A volunteer Board of Directors, representing many of the world s most prestigious banks, brokerage, hedge fund and insurance firms, provides strategic direction and oversees the organization to ensure that its focus continually meets the unique informational needs of a very dynamic industry. The Board is supported by several Committees who drive and support specific initiatives.

4 WSTA s Profile - Members WSTA financial firm members are employed at banks, brokerages, hedge funds, insurance companies and other financial firms. The WSTA currently has about 2,400 members from about 50 different firms; 81% of the members hold senior titles such as CIOs, CTOs, Vice President, Director and Manager. The WSTA also reaches over 2,200 prospective financial firm technology professionals with information about educational and networking opportunities. Additionally, the WSTA has a tremendous database of other technology professionals that provide services to the industry.

5 WSTA s Profile - Demographics The WSTA reaches over 4,600 financial industry professionals, including members and prospective members.

There are currently over 100 technology firms participating in the WSTA as an Affiliate or Sponsor. Speaking and other Sponsorships are available at all WSTA events, which include a tremendous amount of pre-, at-, and post-event promotion. Most sponsorships include the attendee list with contact information in addition to many other benefits.
