Products and Services Service Desk 24/7 National Response Centre Remote/On-site Support Using industry leading technology and adhering to ITIL principles, our Service Desk is a single point of contact for all your I.T. requests, queries and incident resolution requirements and manned by professional and experienced staff. With easy request logging and immediate notification our technical experts quickly assess requests, pro-actively identify problems and remediate all ICT issues at any time of the day. Priority escalation to Level 3 engineers or onsite engineers is available if necessary. With options for remote or onsite engineering support, our flexible support arrangements allow you to deploy a support model that suits your business needs. Monthly Reporting Trident provides detailed analysis reporting and high level summary reporting on a monthly basis, together with regular operational client meetings. Infrastructure Monitoring & Alerts Our Level 2 and 3 technical engineers remotely monitor and manage critical I.T. devices. With immediate visibility of any major, or potentially avoidable events, our experts have the technical capability to remediate incidents no matter how complex. Cloud Services Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions Trident have extensive experience in developing system backups, database backups, disaster recovery, data recovery, system restore and data storage solutions. Cloud based Business Continuity Solutions Along with on-site high-availability (HA) infrastructure solutions, Trident Health can also advise on replicating / mirroring infrastructure into a data centre to provide up to % availability. Office 365 deployments We provide expert consultation to help you migrate to Office 365 Cloud services seamlessly. We will manage the planning so that the transition upgrade is smooth with no downtime or loss of data. Project Services Project Management Project Management practices are at the core of our solution delivery process. Our services methodology and project management practices are based on the National Competency Standards for Project Management established by the Australian Institute of Project Management. 5 ICT Infrastructure End to End Computing Utilizing technologies from a broad range of suppliers, including HP, Microsoft, Citrix and Cisco and other tier 1 vendors, we provide complete software and hardware infrastructure solutions for 1 to users. BYOD Trident Health recognises that BYOD and BYOOD are important new solutions to a school notebook program and have developed a series of appropriate packages and workflows to ensure the success of our BYOD and BYOOD programs. Storage and Servers Trident Health has extensive experience in developing system backup, database backup, disaster recovery, data recovery, system restore and data storage solutions including on-site high-availability infrastructure solutions, we can also advise on replicating/mirroring infrastructure into a data centre to provide up to % availability. Continuity At Trident Health we recognise the importance of developing a business continuity plan, currently we can assist in the management in availability, capacity and service level. We also provide hardware and software solutions (storage, backup, data recovery, etc.) Architecture & Design This service is to provide customers with a Standard Operating Environment (SOE) and is a deliberate iterative process used to collect as much information including business requirements, and deliberately come up with process, deliver a proof of concept, identifying correct technology, integrating elements.
