Never use on any crib where the heights of the long sides are different different. Use only the pad provided by the manufacturer. Never use Changing Station with a drop-side crib. Make sure straps are properly and securely attached through Changing Station base and around top of crib rail. To prevent possible strangulation or entrapment, the space created between the short side of the crib and the side of the station must be between 2 in. (50 mm) to 2 ¼ in. (57 mm). 6 When used on top of a dresser, pass the two side straps of the pad through the holes in the bottom of the station. Attach the straps to the back of the dresser with the screws provided. 6
