This module is designed to integrate multiple signals (Dimmer, Occupancy Sensor, Ambient Light Sensor, NTC, Remote control, Output Lumen Compensation, etc) into a 0-10V analog output and a 5V PWM output. Application Introduction Output Lumen Compensation This controller has built-in output Lumen compensation function. The lumen output of LED will be decreased over life. So this controller sets output current at 80% and increase the output current to 100% to compensate the lumen in several years according to manufacture s datasheet. The initial output and compensation can be programmed and this function can be disabled via factory setting. 5 Application Induction (Continued) Temperature Protection Use RNTC to monitor the temperature of LED module or driver. When the value of RNTC is less than 3K, the output current will be decreased 10%. After RNTC is more than 10K, the temperature protection is removed and output current will be back to 100%. For one controller controls multiple lighting fixtures application, it is recommended to use one thermal switch for each fixture and connected the switch to this pin in parallel. When anyone has temperature protection, the controller will dim down the entire lighting fixtures and recovery after the fault is removed. Recommended product type: Soft-start The controller can make the LED current soft-start. The rise time can be programmed via factory setting. The default value is 1000mS. Set Maximum output voltage and Duty cycle The maximum output voltage and duty cycle can be set via 2-bit switch. Default setting is 00 S1 Bit3 S1 Bit4 Maximum output voltage on Dim+ OFF OFF 10V 100% OFF ON 9V 90% ON OFF 8V 80% ON ON 7V 70% Maximum duty cycle on PWM output Occupancy sensor Connect the output of occupancy sensor to the OS pin of this controller, it can recognize the movement and bring up the lights automatically; When no one is currently occupying a given area of the building, the sensors note this and the controller will turn off or dimming down lights with certain delay time. Recommended product type: 0-10V input dimming/pwm input dimming This controller can receive 0-10V analog dimming signal or PWM dimming signal and combine other functions (Output lumen compensation, temperature protection, soft-start, RSET to set output current), then output a 0-10V analog and PWM dimming signal. Default is 0-10V input dimming and can be changed to PWM input dimming via factory setting or S1 Bit1 to ON location. Constant Lumen Output This controller can receive daylight sensor signal and output a dimming signal to keep constant lumen.

6 Application Induction (Continued) Timing Profile This controller has built-in timing profiles. Default is disabled. Connect S1 Bit5 to ON location to select timing profile. The priority of this function is lowest. The default profiles are as following: 0-10V output dimming This controller can output 0-10V analog dimming signal. PWM output dimming This controller can output PWM dimming signal. Switch signal output This controller can output a switch signal for some commands, such as occupancy sensor, shutdown command. Customer can use this signal to control line switch via relay or other control circuit to shutdown LED driver completely. LED indicator The LED indicator indicates the working status of this controller; Green: Working normally; Green Blink slowly: Occupancy sensor enable Red: Fault such as Power Down Red Blink slowly: Fault such as temperature protection Orange: In IR condition Green Blink fast: In communication Environmental Specifications Parameter Min.
