3 New! Lowest Rate Guarantee Assures Savings Our new Lowest Rate Guarantee lets CheckINN Direct members stay with confidence knowing you re paying the lowest available rate for your business lodging. If you find a lower qualifying rate, CheckINN Direct pays you the difference and puts $30 in CheckINN Dollars in your account. The Lowest Rate Guarantee applies to members on CheckINN Direct s Guaranteed Savings Plan, which is the plan members receive when enrolling in CheckINN Direct. The rate guarantee applies to a wide variety of publicly available offers, including: Rates from the Internet, billboards and ads Member-only programs Rates directly from hotels Coupons and CDL deals Here s How It Works Member Rate: $74.95* Qualifying Lower Rate: $60.00 Member gets Credit: $ plus - CheckInn Dollars: $30.00 $$$ dollars dollars *Member rate includes $4.95 nightly transaction fee when compared to lower qualifying rate. 4 Need to Add or Replace Card? When you add new cards for travelers or order replacement cards for your CheckINN Direct account, you have access to a temporary voucher that s good for use for 14 days. It s available on the page after you log in and click on Add Cardholder to update card holders on your account. Click on Replace for a CheckINN Card that is lost, stolen or broken. Click on Add Cardholder to add new travelers to your account. Print a voucher to use until your new or replacement card arrives. Present your voucher when you check in to the hotel until your new or replacement card arrives. Until your new or replacement cards arrive, simply print and show the voucher when you check in for your CheckINN Direct stay. There is no charge for new or replacement cards, which can be ordered from the page.

You can update your credit card information at any time online under Manage Credit Cards on the page, or call Member Support at, Option 2. Click on Manage Credit Cards to update your credit card expiration date, change your preferred credit card or add a new card.

New directories can be ordered for $9.95, or print directory inserts can be ordered for $2.95 if you already have the binder for your directory. CheckINN Direct s print directory is useful on the road for easy access to hotel names, addresses and telephone numbers. Member rates for each hotel are indicated by $ to $$$$ details to provide an idea of the price level. Members can always call CheckINN Direct or the Traveler Support Center to get a specific member rate or can view the rates online when using the Hotel Search Find A Hotel tool. Or, if you prefer, you can download a state directory of hotels after conducting an online hotel search. Order directories by calling Member Support at, Option 2, or go to Directory Info on the Hotel Search page and order online.
