This means he/she will not have any breeding rights. Spay / Neuter Agreement: Buyer agrees to have the Puppy spayed or neutered by 12 months of age. Verification of the Puppy's sexual altering must be sent to Seller within 30 days after the operation. Dogs with limited registration may not be entered in breed competition(s) at Dog Shows but may compete in all other AKC events. The Buyer will use the prefix Royal Touch at the beginning of the dog s registered name. FUll AKC REGISTRATION: This puppy is being sold for breeding and/or showing rights. However, to obtain this you agree to be a responsible breeder by limiting the registrations of any puppies produced by this dog and by taking all of the necessary steps to having a healthy dog and puppies. You must also be selective in choosing a mate for this puppy, and only either one that is already a champion or one that comes from champions for quality purpose. We do require you to put our kennel name on his/her registration papers. 3 3 Health Guarantee: The buyer agrees to have the dog examined by your licensed veterinarian at your expense within 3 days (72 hours) from date of purchase. Should the puppy be found to have a serious life threatening genetic or health defect, the breeder is to be contacted within 24 hours of diagnosis, so arrangements can be made for return of the puppy within 5 days - or a reasonable time as agreed by the parties. The buyer is entitled to a replacement puppy of equal value. All AKC paperwork will be returned with the puppy and all paperwork also. CLEARANCES: The SIRE and DAM of this PUPPY have had OFA or x-rays to establish that They are free of Elbow, Hip Dysplasia, annual Eye exams ( CERF ) and OFA Heart clearances as well. BREEDER guarantees puppies are updated on shots and de-wormed several times before leaving our care. A record of this vaccination history is supplied to BUYER. (Breeder s Initials) The Buyer's Responsibility: Buyer assumes all responsibilities upon receiving puppy. The Buyer agrees to accept the duties of responsible dog ownership, maintaining this puppy with regards as proper nutrition, proper exercise, and preventing stress injuries, normal veterinary care (shots, flea/tick preventative, and heart worm preventative). The puppy should be started on good nutrition dog food (we feed our dogs 4Health). Low quality dog foods fail to supply the necessary proteins and nutrients required for proper growth. We also require that the puppy should be put on NuVet its one of the top best nutritional supplement for young puppies and dogs; perfectly balanced to provide the most effective fundamental and essential ingredients that can help defend your new puppy from toxins, nutritional deficiencies and common illnesses. This dog/puppy should NEVER be tied up or kenneled all the time this is neglect. We require a fence in yard or farm that away it has the proper exercise it deserves. Last, golden retrievers are family oriented dogs they need lots of affection and love from people. Being a responsible owner is giving that to your dog/puppy. If the dog is found to be neglected, abused, or allowed to live in poor health or poor conditions, The Breeder of puppy/dog has all rights to repossession of this dog with no refund to the Buyer. If the Buyer decides at any point in the dog s life not to keep the dog, Breeder must be contacted and the dog will be returned to Breeder or other agreements will be made. This dog/puppy will not be put in a shelter/pound or any facilities, it must be returned to breeder. Will not be given to someone else without prior approval of Royal Touch Golden Kennels. If found otherwise, will be prosecuted by law.

4 4 This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a companion animal, not for any other purpose or reasons. No warranty is given to the buyer for any special purpose or function of this dog. This dog is not to be used for any illegal or immoral activities and is not to be used for any type of puppy mill, dog farm, pet shop or other mass producing or money making operation. If found otherwise, will be prosecuted by law. NuVet/ other healthy supplements- Vitamins, minerals and other nutritional components are critically important for your dog s health and well-being. NuVet must be given to puppy for 2 years and other healthy supplements such as Ester-C and Glucosamine/Chondrotin. (We will provide more information). NuVet tracks this for me and I do receive a report monthly on everyone who orders this. So I will know who has ordered and who hasn t. Other supplements can be found at Vet clinics and other pet stores. We do this to make sure our puppies grow up healthy & strong and live life to the fullest.
