2 Respite Program The Our House Senior Living Respite Program provides care on a short-term basis. Respite can benefit families who are caring for a senior and need a break or are planning a vacation. Also, respite can benefit a senior who is in need of a short-term stay due to illness or recovery from surgery. Hospice Care Hospice Care is a unique and specialized design of care focusing on comfort, emotional support, and dignity through an individual s final stages of life. Our House Senior Living works closely with our local Hospice Agencies to provide medical care, training, and bereavement support for our residents, families, and the Our House care team. This partnership allows the resident, family members and team members to travel the journey to the end of life with peace of mind in the comfort of the Our House home-like setting. Rehabilitation The journey of life is not always what one may expect. From falls to fractures, or that long anticipated hip replacement one may need, Our House Senior Living recognizes the importance of providing rehabilitative care. One may already be an Our House resident, or one may need to come to us short term on short notice. We develop a plan and work together as a care team to provide resident-centered care.
