Location The building known as Palazzo del Lavoro is located in the south part of Turin city in the 11th Circoscrizione urbana (Administrative division) (Nizza Mirafiori Lingotto), in an area bordered by via Ventimiglia, Corso Maroncelli and Corso Unità d Italia. It is part of the great urban park known as Italia 61 on the Po riverside, just below che Hill. The building is 7 km far from the city centre and is connected to the A6 motorway (Torino Savona) and the south ring road of Turin. The urban landscape is featured by several good quality residential buildings. Turin Via Ventimiglia

3 Turin, Palazzo del Lavoro Description Enhancement Proposal The Palazzo del Lavoro has been designed by Pierluigi Nervi for the hundreth adniversary of the Unity of Italy and is located in the Italy 61 Park together with other significant architectonic works. The building is one of the most daring architectonic works combining an important celebratory function with high technology quality. The size of the building is huge: it is a square based parallelepiped, each side 158 m long; it is 25m high and has an overall volume of mc. The most distinguishing feature of the building are the 25m high giant cruciform piers on the top of which you can find radial geometry steel capitals, their side is 40m. The outside stained glass walls are based on a series of dividing pillars helping to contain variations of temperature and down load the pressure coming from the wind. The Project is restricted by the Architecture and Historical Heritage Superintendent. The enhancement idea is to set up a shopping centre covering m2 gfa: GLA (gross leasable area) is m2, meanwhile the real area for sale is m2; in the underground level parking lot will be created. The transformation will be implemented through the the Program Agreement emending the PRG and signed by all the local authorities. CURRENT STATUS PLAN RENDERING

Location The building is located near the historic city centre of Tortona, separated from it only by the railway. The area is new developing zone for all new residential buildings. The urban landscape is mainly composed of residences and small-businesses. Tortona Via Bengasi

5 Tortona (AL), Plant Compound (Salts Deposit) Description The building is made up of a former factory with an area of m 2, of which m 2 are already built. Some of the buildings have been designed by Pier Luigi Nervi and are restricted by the Superintendent. Main Information Land area Enhancement Proposal The enhancement proposal currently carried out by the holding is a development plan based on a m 2 gfa divided as follows: Residence m 2 (new buildings); Tourism accomodation m 2 (new buildings); Business m 2 (wihin the Nervi sheds). The project allows the demolition of all the existing buildings a part from the two buildings under the patronage of the Superintendent, the latter will be for commercial use. Together with this project, the holding is also considering to transform the complex into a logistic hub getting the most out of its strategic position at the core of the triangle made up of Genua, Milan and Turin. This use would be in compliant with the current Regional Urban Planning so no additional authorization would be needed. GFA* (*) Gross Floor ~ Area m 2 Urban Planning Status After recent changes in Regional Urban Legislation, the complex, differing in part from the Regional Urban Planning, will only need the authorization from the Tortona City Administration, there is no need to apply for validation from the Piedmont Region.

Location The estate is located in the east periphery of Asti, along the provincial road leading to Alessandria and is well connected to the city centre and to the main motorways of the area (the entering gate to the Torino- Piacenza motorway is 500m away from the estate). 7 Asti, Building Area Description The estate is based on a m 2 area surrounded by new built or building in progress public houses; one of these buildings has been lately sold by CDP Immobiliare S.r.l. To a local business committed in the public housing building. Main Information Land area GFA* ~ m 2 (*) Gross Floor Area Enhancement Proposal The area is part of Piazza d Armi detailed plan according to which it is feasible to build free residential buildings on an area of 6000 m 2 in compliance with the current urban planning. Currently market inquiries to find Local bodies committed also to public housing interested to buying the whole building area are ongoing. Urban Planning Status The holding has already developed a final action plan which can be submitted to the local government for the issuing of the building permit.

8 Carmagnola, Building Area Company 100% Pentagramma Piemonte S.p.A. (50% CDP Immobiliare S.r.l. - 50% G.E.F.I.M.) Location The building area is in Carmagnola Town in Via Poirino, 1 km out of the town centre along the provincial road Carmagnola-Poirino in a fast developing area for commercial and service uses. It is close to the A6 Turin-Savona, through which Torino - Lingotto/Mirafiori is reachable in 15 minutes. From the area Cuneo and the A10 motorway Genua-Ventimiglia are easily reached as well. 9 Carmagnola, Building Area Description Enhancement Proposal The estate is a m 2 building lot. The holding has already applied for and achieved the building permit for a m 2 shopping centre. The plan proposes a complex for commercial intended use divided in four different lots: lot 1, lot 2, lot 3a and lot 3b opened on the south side on via Poirino. The area has two different entrances: on the east side coming from the Dorsale Nord Sud and on the southern side from via Poirino so that car in-out flows can be efficiently managed. Market inquiries and business searches are ongoing. Other planning activities connected to the centre (such as parking lots, roads, networks and park) are work in progress. Main Information Land area GFA* ~ m 2 (*) Gross Floor Area Urban Planning Status The intended uses of the area are commercial, services and production. After the adoption of the Agreed Implementation Plan (PEC) which has strengthened the provisions of the PRG (Regional Urban Planning), the holding in 2010 sold part of the estate for production use. The PEC was ultimately approved in The local government has already issued the building permits and commercial permits, moreover the planning actions on the basis of the implementation plan have been approved. According to the legal provisions of the PRG, 35% of the total area has been devoted to roads and services a part from the public parking lots area. PLAN RENDERING
