3 SCHOLARLY & POPULAR SOURCES You have been given two periodicals. One is a popular magazine and one is a scholarly journal. Both sources provide credible information; however, the popular source reports on research studies while the scholarly source presents actual research studies.
4 SCHOLARLY & POPULAR ACTIVITY While you are watching the video, Scholarly vs. Popular Periodicals, do the following: 1. List 3 characteristics of a popular magazine, for example, popular magazines have lots of advertisements. 2.
