Undergraduate Mentoring As a part of the ADVANCE social science research team, I provided guidance and support for several undergraduate student research projects, some of which were presented at the 2013 conference for Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologists as well as Texas A&M s annual Student Research Week event.
