2 Invitational Dear University Sport Association, INVITATIONAL Roma, June 1 st 2016 We are proud to invite you to the 2 nd World InterUniversities Championships -EuroRoma 2016 which is going to be held from the 17 th to the 20 th of November 2016 in Roma, Italy. The World InterUniversities Championships will be organize under the umbrella of IUSC InterUniversities Sport Committee, to emphasize the importance and prestige of the event. SPORTS: Football 11 (male), Futsal 5 (male and female), Basketball (male and female), Volleyball (male and female), Handball (male), Tennis (male + female), Tennis Table (male + female), Rugby 7 (male), Swimming (male + female), Cheerleading Dance contest and Badminton (male + female). The Universities invited are coming from all over Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, North and South America, Australia, in a four days Championships with around university students! Enclosed herewith you will find the relevant information on the Championships, including the participation fee. We will keep you informed by a newsletter about all the latest developments. 8 Participation Fee HOW TO APPLY The application process requires the following steps: - Download the application form and complete it - Send it back to our address: info@euroroma.eu - You will receive an confirming the acceptance of your application and the pro-forma receipt - Pay the 50% of the Registration Fee. - Pay the remaining 50% of the Registration Fee before November 7. The payment will have to be fulfilled before November 7. ADS EUROSPORTEVENTS will not guarantee team registrations if they don t complete the payment before the established date. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund: before October 1 50% refund: from October 1 to October 15 NO REFOUND: after 15 October INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:. Tournament inscription. Overnight stay in Hotel, Hostel or Bungalow. Official T-Shirt of 2 nd World InterUniversities Championships and gadgets. Breakfast (on Friday, Saturday and Sunday) in Hotel, Hostel (typical Italian breakfast: juice, fruit, hot coffee, hot tea, biscuits, cake, chocolate & jam). Lunch on Friday and Saturday, Dinner on Friday; Pasta Party on Thursday. Hot & Cold Drinks, snacks and fruits at the Sport Center during the all Championships. Free entry to all Parties. Ambulance for players throughout the all Championships (remember to have your own insurance in Italy) NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:.
