1 READING SCHEDULE As you read each chapter in Of Mice and Men, you also need to complete the corresponding questions that are on the following pages (there will be random completion checks on these!). As you complete the, it is a good idea to write down the page numbers where you found answers, in case you need to reference them later. In addition, we will have quizzes, do activities, and have discussions, so you must be prepared. It is your responsibility to come prepared each day to participate in class. To that end, it is wise to annotate as you read. Being absent is no excuse for not being current with the reading. You need to take the book home with you each evening so you can keep up with the reading, even if you are absent. After reading the novel there will be a timed writing using the AP prompts and a debate.
