STEVENS JOHNSON was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI and Refusal to Submit and cited for stop/standing in roadway /4/2013 Chena Pump Water Wagon MVA 17:27 CSO reported vehicle hit his POV and driver refused to exchange information. Suspect identified /4/2013 Lola Tilly Commons Drugs 4:20 Foot patrol of commons. Paraphernalia found outside upper deck /6/2013 University Ave. Drugs 3:23 Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Courtney R. SLATER, 19 of Fairbanks, was summonsed for MICS /6/2013 College Road Vehicle Check 15:59 Vehicle stop for inoperative headlight /7/2013 Hess Ave Traffic Stop 16:04 Traffic stop for expired tag. Driver Shane MONTIE, 36 of Fairbanks, was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance /9/2013 Woodridge Street Agency Assist 2:23 AST requested assistance with disturbance /9/2013 UAF Campus Harassing Communications 10:06 Complainant reports numerous unwanted test messages from former boyfriend. Officer made contact with suspect.

2 /9/2013 Geist Road Driving While License Revoked 13:45 Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Roger D. MCKELVEY, 50 of Fairbanks, was found to have a revoked license and no insurance. MCKELVEY arrested and transported to FCC. MCKELVEY charged with DWLR and no insurance /9/2013 Fine Arts Criminal Trespass 23:05 During foot patrol suspect contacted and advised not to sleep in buildings. Trespassed from UAF /10/2013 Hess Village Vandalism 16:19 Complainant reports his vehicle was vandalized after relocation for snow removal /12/2013 Goldhill Road Traffic Stop Traffic Stop for moving violation. Driver did not stop initially for officer. AST requested. Driver Rosemarie A. DOYLE, 38 of Fairbanks, was cited for speeding. Other charges pending /13/2013 Alumni Drive Probation Violation 0:38 Traffic stop for obscured plate. Driver was found to on probation. PO contacted. One passenger Quinlin W. SAWICKI, 21 of North Pole, was also found to be on probation. SAWICKI was found to be in violation of probation. SAWICKI transported to FCC for probation violation. Three other passengers found to be MCA. Ashley A. GURTNER, 19 of North Pole, Shayla K. BECKER, 18 of Fairbanks, and a juvenile were cited for MCA /13/2013 University Ave Traffic Stop 3:51 Traffic stop for moving violation. Passengers were found to be juvenile listed as run aways. One determined to now be 18 and released. Driver warned. Juvenile released to parent /13/2013 Fine Arts lot MVA 12:42 Subject reports she hit a meter pole in lot.

Coordinated the reporting with AST as it occurred off campus /14/2013 SRC Suspicious Circumstances 14:56 Complainant reports being in women's shower in SRC when male came through adjoining door. SRC staff notified /15/2013 Rasmuson Library Protective Custody 9:52 Report of suspicious male in library on third floor who is acting disoriented. Officer responded and made contact after tracing male to bus hut. Male taken to FMH for protective custody /17/2013 UAF Sledding Hill MVA Hit and Run 17:10 Complainant reports damage to vehicle that may have occurred near the SRC sledding hill /18/2013 Johnson Expwy DUI 1:51 Officer observed vehicle facing wrong way in traffic. Officer made contact with vehicle in the meridian. Driver Michele L. ROWLAND, 20 of North Pole, was found to be driving under the influence. ROWLAND was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI, Driving while License Revoked and an outstanding warrant. ROWLAND was also charged with MCA, MOCA, no insurance and negligent driving. Passenger Christopher M. CHANDLER, 26 of Fairbanks, was found to be in violation of probation and transported to FCC /18/2013 Johnson Expwy Warrant Arrest 1:51 During traffic stop Driver Michele L. ROWLAND, 20 of North Pole, was found to have an outstanding warrant. ROWLAND was arrested and transported to FCC

HANSEN, 18 of Fairbanks, was summonsed for leaving the scene and information collected for driver exchange /18/2013 UAF Campus Found Property 11:49 Wallet turned in after found on shuttle bus. Owner contacted and wallet returned /18/2013 UAF Campus Computer Crime 13:10 Complainant reports some one hacked into an account /18/2013 Voided dispatch Voided dispatch 14: /18/2013 Fine Arts Theft 11:43 Complainant reports bicycle was stolen over break /18/2013 Geist MVA 14:37 AST requested response to MVC. Driver Judith S. ANDERSON, 61 of Fairbanks, was issued a citation for failure to yield /18/2013 Moore Hall Minor Consuming 19:24 RA reported intoxicated resident. Jordan I. OTTEN, 19 of Stebbins, was issued an MCA and given a disorderly conduct warning /19/2013 College Road/Gulliver Books Traffic Stop 2:31 Traffic stop for moving and equipment violation. HOTCH, 19 of Fairbanks, summonsed for MICS 5 and minor in possession of alcohol /20/2013 McIntosh Hall Drugs 0:42 CSOs doing patrol report smell of marijuana from dorm room. Officer investigated. Nothing found /20/2013 Woods South of Moore Hall Intoxicated Person 2:52 CSO reported a male stumbling while walking on Yukon Drive. Individual contacted by officers. No UAF affiliation. Individual transported to FCC for sleep off and will be charged with MCA /21/2013 Gruening Vandalism 2:03 Custodian reported vandalism in room. Officer responded and documented damage /23/2013 Stevens Hall Criminal Trespass 1:37 Intoxicated guest reported in hall. Individual contacted by officer and trespassed from UAF. Provided transportation to off campus residence /23/2013 Alumni Drive MVA 12:59 Report of an MVA. Officer arrived, no injuries. DOHNER, 18 of Fairbanks, was found to be intoxicated and summons for MCA /26/2013 Rasmuson Library Criminal Trespass 5:07 During foot patrol of 23 hour study area, officer found suspect already trespassed from UAF sleeping on the stairs /26/2013 MBS Drugs 8:39 Report of female snoring outside Res Life office. Will not wake up. Officer responded Female does not live in Bartlett. Beautrice A. HECKMAN, 20 of Fairbanks, found to be in violation of conditions of release. HECKMAN transported to FCC and charged with MICS 5, Violation of Conditions of Release and trespassed from all UAF /26/2013 Oaken Keg on College Road Agency Assist 12:40 AST requested assistance with suspicious male in area /27/2013 Harwood Hall Disturbance 3:06 Report of loud banging and crying coming from residence. Officer responded. Horseplay found to be the cause /27/2013 Lathrop Hall Suspicious Circumstances 13:54 Outside pane of window broken. Photos taken by officer. Individual transported to FMH for protective custody /31/2013 Thompson Drive Traffic Stop 23:25 Traffic stop for moving violation. SHOULTZ, 27 of Fairbanks, was summonsed for MICS 6 and MICS 5 charges pending /5/2013 Moore Hall Intoxicated Person 23:57 RD reported an intoxicated student. Officer responded. Student transported to FCC for Title 47 and will be cited for MCA /6/2012 Duckering/Bunnell MVA 11:50 Report of two vehicle MVA between two UAF vehicles /6/2013 Residence Life Sexual Assault 16:39 Anonymous report of possible sexual assault that occurred in Bartlett Hall in fall semester /7/2013 UAF Campus Public Contact 13:56 Officer assisted individual with protective order /7/2013 Eielson lot Theft 17:04 Theft from wallet in car reported /8/2013 Wood Center Disturbance 11:56 Report that recently terminated employee becoming aggressive. Trespass to be given /9/2013 Northwood Lane Agency Assist 1:40 Agency assist for search warrant /9/2013 Industrial Ave Theft 19:18 Theft of fuel from tank reported from UAF owned property.

SOTTILE, 28 of Fairbanks, was summons for DWLR /10/2013 Stevens Hall Minor Consuming 17:50 Highly intoxicated female reported on floor. EMS responded with officers. Female transported to FCC for protective custody. MCA citation will be issued /11/2013 Gruening Suspicious Circumstances 16:54 Officer observed individual yelling. Officer made contact and individual found to be already trespassed from campus /12/2013 Tanana loop Traffic Stop 15:09 Traffic stop for moving and equipment violations. Vehicle towed for no insurance /13/2013 Aurora and Tamarack Driving While License Revoked 23:50 Traffic stop for expired registration. Driver Robert E. MIRANDA II, 27 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving with a revoked license. MIRANDA was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DWLR and Violating Conditions of Release /14/2013 Maplewood Lane Agency Assist 1:31 AST requested assistance /13/2013 Butrovich Hill Lost Property 22:57 Report of lost camera tripod. Tripod later located /14/2013 Thompson Roundabout Traffic Incident 21:53 Minor accident in roundabout.

Vehicle was impounded and driver issued citations /15/2013 Reichardt Building Theft 22:00 Complainant reports laptop may have been stolen /16/2013 Geist Road Intoxicated Person 3:50 Officer made contact with highly intoxicated person. Officer identified the person who vomited and made contact with them. Kinik J. NAKAK, 18 of Fairbanks, Craig S. LEMATTA, 19 of Fairbanks, and Andrew D. DOHNER, 18 of Fairbanks, were all cited for MCA. DOHNER and Naomi R. COHEN, 18 of Ft Wainwright, were also charged with furnishing alcohol to minors /17/2013 University Police Department Public Assist 11:14 Officer assisted subject who lost Polar Express card /18/2013 University Police Department MVA Hit and Run 8:46 UAF employee reported hit and run involving damage to UAF Vehicle. Officer investigating /18/2013 McIntosh Hall Drugs 9:27 Res Life reported finding baggy of marijuana.

NANENG JR., 27 of Bethel, was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with Assault IV DV /18/2013 Arctic Health lot MVA Hit and Run 16:34 Complainant reports hit and run in parking lot during the day /20/2013 Old U Park MVA 12:57 UAFD brush truck was reported to have been hit in lot /20/2013 WRRB lot MVA Hit and Run 17:04 Complainant reports hit and run in parking lot during the afternoon /21/2013 Gruening Theft 13:29 Complainant reports theft of laptop. Officer responded and investigation on going /21/2013 Moore Hall Civil Standby 15:31 Moore Hall RD requested an officer to be present during eviction and trespass /21/2013 Fine Arts Drugs 20:38 Juvenile found sleeping standing up at handicap ramp. Juvenile found to have hatchet and pipe used to smoke Spice. Juvenile to be referred to court for weapons and controlled substance charges. Juvenile released to relative /21/2013 MACS Bus Stop Intoxicated Person 21:49 Shuttle bus driver request welfare check of intoxicated male he just dropped off. Subject contacted and became uncooperative. Subject was taken to FCC for protective custody.

12 /21/2013 Eielson Building Suspicious Circumstances 9:48 Report of off campus road rage incident that resulted in confrontation in Eielson lot. Officer made contact with all parties to resolve the situation /22/2013 Nerland Hall Civil Standby 13:32 Nerland Hall RD requested an officer to be present during eviction and trespass /22/2013 West Valley parking lot Reckless driving 22:26 Officer witnessed pick up driving around at high rate of speed in the lot. Second vehicle spotted. All participants trespassed from West Valley /22/2013 Great Hall Assault 22:05 VIPs brought kids to officer to report their cousin stated he was going to kill them after chasing them from Wood Center to Great Hall. Suspect identified and contacted. Mother wants to press charges. Kyle H. HENRY, 23 of Fairbanks, was arrested and transported to FCC. HENRY was charged with Assault 3 and /22/2013 Hess Rec Center Security Detail 23:14 CSO at security detail observed a water bottle being passed around. Officer responded. Those involved in providing the alcohol trespassed from UAF. Others escorted back to dorm rooms /22/2013 Great Hall Missing Person 23:00 Parents report 15 year old son missing from Festival area. Believed to have run away. VIPs and CSOs notified to start search. CSO identified two juveniles at corner of University and College Road. Officer made contact. Both brought back to station /23/2013 Gradelle Ave Warrant Arrest 3:00 AST reports group of males ready to fight near Holiday gas station. UAF Police responded until AST can arrive to help transport those intoxicated and having outstanding warrants.

13 /23/2013 Gradelle Ave Minor Consuming 3:00 UAF police transport individuals to FCC and FMH for Title 47. Charges of MCA to follow /23/2013 Brooks Building Intoxicated Person 18:31 Report of intoxicated male sitting on the stairs. Officer responded. Individual transported to FMH then FCC for Title /23/2013 Loftus Road MVA 19:50 T bone accident at intersection of Loftus and Geist. Lisa M. STOWELL, 27 of Fairbanks, cited for Failure to Yield /23/2013 Wickersham Hall Missing Person 20:01 RD reports possible missing student. Student located and had made contact with parents /23/2013 Fine Arts Balcony Drugs 21:07 Officer patrolled area after viewing 4 individuals in location that has prior history of being used for alcohol or marijuana consumption. Officer observed individuals and directed them to stop and wait to speak with officer. Individuals tried to leave area. Officer finally made contact. 3 admitted to marijuana use. Francis E. CHARLES, 26 of Wasilla, was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with MICS 6. Other charges pending /23/2013 Farmers Loop Minor Consuming 23:28 Female found laying on ground. UAF EMS transported to FMH. Charges of MCA are being forwarded to DA /24/2013 Fine Arts Harassing Communications 17:29 KUAC reports they are receiving s. UAF Police contacted individual sending them and contacted the local police department where the sender lives to advise of trespass from all UA property and to cease contact with KUAC.

Complainant later reported it found /25/2013 McIntosh Hall Drugs 17:59 RD reported collected some marijuana from room. Officer also confiscated pipes during investigation /26/2013 Patty Gym Lost Property 11:37 Complainant reports losing a ring Officer assisted in search of area /26/2013 Signers Hall Harassing Communications 12:34 Complainant reports some one left obscene note on vehicle /26/2013 University Police Department Fraud 16:42 Complainant reports possible scam on Craig's list /27/2013 Butrovich Hill MVA 18:10 Minor MVA reported. Participation forms provided /27/2013 Wood Center Intoxicated Person WC desk attendant reports intoxicated male at student government door. Officer responded and transported individual to FCC for Title /27/2013 Duckering Theft 23:25 Complainant reports theft of bicycle /1/2013 Arctic Health Building Theft 9:14 Complainant reports theft of bicycle from rack. Cable had been cut.

Manager and carpentry contacted /2/2013 Duckering Intoxicated Person 0:50 Report of male passed out in hallway. EMS responded. Male released to friend /2/2013 Johanson and Noyes Slough Minor Consuming 3:05 Traffic stop for equipment violation.. Passenger Kevin MCGOWAN, 20 of Fairbanks, found to be MCA. MCGOWAN summonsed for MCA /2/2013 Hess Ave Traumatic Injuries 3:41 Officer responded to EMS call until AST arrived on scene /2/2013 Eielson lot Welfare check 9:19 Report that a friend was out the night before and cannot be found. Friend was located /4/2013 Patty lot MVA Hit and Run 12:47 Report of an MVA that occurred last Friday in lot. No note left /4/2013 South MBS Lot MVA 21:19 Shuttle bus driver reported he scraped a vehicle in the lot. Participation forms exchanged /5/2013 Hess Village Domestic Disturbance 0:55 Complainant requested police assistance for individual refusing to leave residence after verbal fight. Officer and AST arrived. Individual was transported to FCC for protective custody due to intoxication level /7/2013 Residence Halls Agency Assist 14:44 Third hand report of possible criminal activity on UAF campus that occurred a couple weeks ago. UAF Investigator and AST responded. AST to continue investigation.

16 /8/2013 Lola Tilly Commons Foot Patrol 3:17 During foot patrol, Officer found individual who is currently trespassed from UAF residence facilities. Officer provided instructions not to sleep or camp on campus or trespass will be extended for entire campus /9/2013 Farmers Loop DUI 3:18 Traffic stop for moving and equipment violations. Driver Brian M. TACKETT, 38 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving under the influence. TACKETT was arrested and transferred to FCC and charged with DUI /9/2013 MBS Lobby Unconscious 5:04 RA reports unresponsive person on couch. Officer and EMS responded. Individual transported to FMH /10/2013 Lola Tilly Commons Warrant Arrest 5:09 Foot patrol on the roof. Officer made contact with 4 individuals. Jordan I. OTTEN, 20 of Stebbins, was found to have outstanding warrants. OTTEN was also found to be be MICS. OTTEN was arrested and transported to FCC for warrants and also charged with MICS 5 and MCA /10/2013 Lola Tilly Commons Drugs 5:09 Foot patrol on the roof. Officer made contact with 4 individuals. Jordan I. OTTEN, 20 of Stebbins, was found to have outstanding warrants. OTTEN was also found to be be MICS. OTTEN was arrested and transported to FCC for warrants and also charged with MICS 5 and MCA /11/2013 Museum of the North Theft 20:15 Complainant reports theft of shall. Complainant later contacts police to say it was in her hotel room and not stolen.

17 /12/2013 West Tanana at Roundabout MVA 13:37 Report that vehicle slid off roadway and hit a sign. Tow company called. Driver Bunga BUCHHOLZ, 50 of Fairbanks, cited for basic speed. Facilities notified /12/2013 Honors House Suspicious Circumstances. 18:02 Report from Honors House that back of vehicle is damaged. Damage found to be from earlier attempt of co worker to extract vehicle when it was stuck /13/2013 Nerland House Protective Custody 2:48 Individual found in lounge intoxicated. Officer responded and transported individual to FCC for protective custody /14/2013 Geist Road Traffic Stop 4:30 Traffic stop for equipment violation. Driver John MAYO, 51 of Alaska, was cited for no insurance and registration /14/2013 Geist Road DUI 5:30 Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Thomas MCCORMICK, 46 of Fairbanks, was found to be driving while under the influence. MCCORMICK was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with DUI /15/2013 Patty Center Minor Consuming 18:01 Juvenile involved in altercation was located and found to have been drinking /16/2013 Sandvik Street Agency Assist 2:00 AST requested assistance with intoxicated individual. Officers arrived. One juvenile was transported to FYF for charges. Other individual, Dinah VENT, 19 of Allakaket, was arrested and transported to FCC and charged with MCA.

18 /16/2013 Cushman Agency Assist 14:43 AST requested assistance for possible shots fired /16/2013 Patty Gym Intoxicated Person 18:37 Report of male individual highly intoxicated outside Patty Gym. Officer responded. Individual given a ride home by a friend and trespassed for the night from UAF /16/2013 SRC Suspicious Circumstances 22:12 CSO slapped hard on shoulder at dance by male. Officer investigating /17/2013 College Road Protective Custody 0:34 Intoxicated female taken to FCC for Title /17/2013 McIntosh Hall Disorderly Conduct 3:12 RD reports individual getting into fight with roommate. Both intoxicated and to be cited for MCA /19/2013 Tanana Loop MVA 9:39 Report of a motor vehicle accident with injuries in front of Patty Gym. UAF Fire responded. One person transported to FMH. Casey M. BYRNE, 31 of Fairbanks, cited for speed /20/2013 Irving I Burglary 11:10 Complainant reports computer files deleted during the night and, over past month, food and personal items have gone missing /20/2013 Erickson Agency Assist 18:08 AST requested assistance with incident regarding firearm /21/2013 Lola Tilly Commons Ambulance 15:23 Officers responded to individual having seizure. Items destroyed and warning given /24/2013 Sheep Creek Road DUI 4:11 Traffic stop for moving violation. Driver Sean T. PIEPER, 21 of Burke VA, was arrested for DUI. PIEPER was transported to FCC and charged with DUI /24/2013 Geist Road Agency Assist 13:49 AST requested DUI locate of vehicle /24/2013 University Police Department Public Assist 16:46 Walk in report of missing or stolen cell phone from off campus. Reported to FPD but UAF notified in event MAC address comes on network /24/2013 Patty Gym Theft 18:46 Complainant reports theft of cash from two areas. Investigation continuing.

20 /25/2013 Moore Hall Sexual Assault 12:03 Complainant reports sexual assault. Investigation on going UPDATE 3/29/2013 Sean A. SWAMMY, 20 of Eielson AFB, was arrested. SWAMMY was transported to FCC and charged with Sexual Assault in the 2nd Degree. Additional charges pending /25/2013 Fire department MVA 12:43 Minor MVA in fire department lot. No UAF vehicles involved /26/2013 Moore Hall Harassing Communications 0:22 Complainant reports receiving threats and harassing phone calls.
