2 In late 2013 and 2014 this group of events will include: Why Technical Conferences? Every year there are several IT conferences organized in Italy, where many attendees are involved in these training investments. In order to optimize the investments for all the Sponsors and attendees we decided to unify the most important ones under a unique brand: Technical Conferences. Mobile Conference 2013, Cloud Conference 2013, Developer Conference 2014, SQL Server & Business Intelligence Conference 2014, Server & Private Cloud Conference 2014, SharePoint & Office Conference All the Technical Conferences will have: Meeting areas to do networking and meet people Dining area for lunch and party Expo area where a partner can buy a booth to present his products and services Special discounted prices for participants and customers of sponsors An estimated total of more than people attending any of the conferences, as well as hundreds of people visiting the Expo, and about 50 sponsors supporting any of the conferences, according to the successes of past editions. As a valued IT company, you should evaluate the opportunity to sponsor all of these conferences.

3 Description of Common Services Every single Technical Conference will offer to you, as a partner and potential sponsor, a rich set of services. Here you can find an explanatory list of the main services available to improve your business. Sponsor's logo on marketing stuff and Conference website Sponsor's brochure/ flyer delivery Conference free passes for staff Conference discount for guests Meals sponsorship Coffee Breaks sponsorship Sponsor Technical Speech during the conference Speech in the Expo area Sponsor Booth Badge cord Laptop sleeve All attendees will have conference goods and stuff with the sponsors logos. Logos will be sized according to the chosen sponsorship level. We will publish a special Sponsors page in the conference web site. Platinum and Gold Sponsors will have their logos and a brief description with more relevance. Silver Sponsors will have their logos and descriptions with less relevance. Our hostess will deliver products and company brochures of Platinum and Gold Sponsors within the conference welcome kit. Free passes, with full conference attendance right, for employees of the sponsor. Discounted passes, with full conference attendance right, for guests of the sponsor. The discount will be applied on the full price of the conference. Only Platinum Sponsors will have visibility in conference's lunch areas. They will have the opportunity to show their logos and materials in conference's lunch area. Only Platinum and Gold Sponsors will have visibility in conference's rest areas. They will have the opportunity to show their logos and materials in conference's rest area. Within the conference agenda, there could be special sessions (30 minutes) dedicated to Sponsor's speeches. The order of the Sponsor s speeches in the Conference agenda will be based on sponsorship agreement fee payment date and will be defined by the conference organization. The session will be available for all the attendees of the conference. Due to the limited number of slots and in order to guarantee the maximum visibility for the sponsor, the technical sessions will be defined while setting up the agreement. Within the Technical Expo, in the conferences where it will be available, there will be a multimedia theatre, where partners and exhibitors will have the opportunity to held technical, marketing, and management speeches (30 minutes). The order of the speeches in the agenda will be based on agreement fee payment date and will be defined by the event organization. The session will be available for all the visitors of the Technical Expo, as well as for all the attendees of the conference. The expo will be freely accessible in selected conferences (marked as Open Expo), eventually based on invitation, and consequently also the speeches will be freely accessible. Due to the limited number of slots, and in order to guarantee the maximum visibility for the sponsor, the speeches will be organized properly while setting up the agreement. This service provides an area (around 4 square meters) for a dedicated booth in the conference expo area. If the sponsor does not have its own booth structure, a table and two chairs are included. The fee also includes two passes to access the catering area in order to consume lunches, without access to the sessions rooms. Everyone attending the conferences will have a badge (attendees, speakers, sponsors, etc.). This service will give to only one sponsor the opportunity to print his name/logo on the badge cord of a single conference. We plan to deliver a laptop sleeve branded with the conferences logo together with one and only one sponsor s logo for each conference. This service will give you the opportunity to put your own logo on the sleeve. Expo evening event Through this service you will have the opportunity to sponsor an evening party with dinner, drinks and music. Expo welcome party Through this service you will have the opportunity to sponsor a welcome party with drinks and music.

4 One extra expo pass Conference welcome coffee Wi- Fi internet access This service will give you an additional pass to access the catering area in order to consume lunches, without access to the sessions rooms. Through this service you will have the opportunity to sponsor a conference welcome coffee. The conference welcome event will be held the morning of the first day of a conference. All the attendees of the conferences where the service will be available will have free Wi- Fi internet access. This service allows you to promote your company as the Wi- Fi sponsor of a specific conference. Ask for the conferences where the service will be available.
