A copy of applicant's highest educational qualifications and/or certification. Police Clearance. Police Clearance Certificate authenticated by the Department of State stating that applicant has no pending criminal proceedings. Invitation letter from prospective employer or institution. A copy of the letter of invitation on company/institution letterhead from the host in Namibia stating the applicant's title, expertise, duties and responsibilities. It should indicate rationale for hiring the applicant as well as his/her salary, position and qualification. If applicant is applying for studying in Namibia, the letter should state the program, degree, and relevant information pertaining to the school they will be attending. Marriage Contract. If married to a citizen of Namibia, please provide a copy of the marriage certificate. Radiological Report. Applicant must submit a radiological report along with a declaration form filled out by the radiologist. The form can be found here. Medical Certificate. Applicant must submit a medical examination report along with a medical form filled out by their doctor or medical specialist. The form can be found here. Deed of Surety. This declaration form needs to be filled out and signed by applicant. The form can be found here. Form must also be signed by a bank. Personal Letter. A written letter by applicant stating their reason for wanting to study in Namibia. Letter of Non-Objection. A letter from the Ministry of Education confirming no objection against applicant studying in Namibia instead of country of origin. Undertaking from Parent or Guardian. A written undertaking from a parent/guardian/sponsor to state that they will be undertaking applicants expenses and studies. Proof of Bursery.
