André Goguen Director André Goguen is the founder and President of Action Customs Services Inc., an authorized Canadian customs agent founded in 1992, as well as the President of A.G.O. Transportation Inc., a freight forwarding company providing international logistics services, which he founded in Tony Brisson, B.Sc., P.Geo. Consultant Geologist Tony Brisson has over 20 years of experience as a geologist. 11 Chibougamau Projects Option to acquire a 75% interest in the Chibougamau Gold Projects (Gwillim, Fancamp and Embry properties) from Alexandria Minerals. Quinto Real will be the project operator. To acquire a 65% interest, Quinto Real must: issue 1,000,000 shares upon signing the agreement and 500,000 additional shares on or prior to May 18, 2018; and spend an amount of $5,000,000 in exploration expenditures on the properties over a five-year period. To acquire an additional 10% interest, Quinto Real must file a NI prefeasibility study that delineates a minimum resource estimate of 1,000,000 ounces of gold. 11

12 Chibougamau Projects: Fancamp 37 mining claims covering an area of 1,895 hectares located about 30 km southeast of Chapais and 55 km south of Chibougamau. Property is adjacent to the eastern edge of the Monster Lake Property. The property covers a six-kilometre strike length on the Fancamp Deformation Zone (FDZ) and subsidiary shear zones. The FDZ hosts at least 15 gold deposits and occurrences including the Chevrier and Chevrier South deposits located 5 km northeast and on strike with the Fancamp property. 16 Chibougamau Projects: Gwillim 38 mining claims covering an area of 1,714 hectares in Barlow Township, west of Chibougamau. Located directly next to past producer Gwillim Mine and is in a similar rock assemblage as the Croteau East deposit located 5 km to the West. 18 Chibougamau Projects: Embry 11 mining claims covering an area of 612 hectares located about 25 km southwest of the Chibougamau mining camp in Quebec. The property is in the intersection between the EW-trending Kapunapotagen fault and the NNE-trending gold-bearing shear zones typically hosting gold mineralization in the Chibougamau Mining District. The Kapunapotagen Break bears many similarities to the prolific Larder-Lake Cadillac Break in the southern Abitibi belt. The area has seen very limited exploration work.
