PERSKIE Concentrates in sophisticated transactions, corporate work, real estate matters and estate and business planning. Phil earned his Master of Laws in Taxation degree and is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He has served on the boards of many local charities and agencies. He was a founder and director of Boardwalk Bank, and is currently Chairman of the Board of Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation. Born and raised in Atlantic County, he is the grandson of Joseph B. Perskie, former city solicitor of the City of Atlantic City ( ) and former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey ( ). CHRISTOPHER M. BAYLINSON AV certification is obtained from the results of confidential evaluation and rankings from peer attorneys. The AV certification mark is a significant rating accomplishment a testament to the fact that a lawyer s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence. Concentrates his practice in planning and zoning, land use law, real estate and related civil litigation. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College and his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac School of Law. Chris served as law clerk to the Honorable Peter W. Thomas, J.S.C. and was previously named Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year by the Atlantic County Bar Association. Chris is a past President of the Atlantic County Bar Association. He has served on the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey State Bar Association and is a member of that association s Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee. Chris has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a designation earned by only a small percentage of the approximately 70,000 licensed attorneys in New Jersey. Chris is on the Board of Directors of the Atlantic City Art Center and coaches little league baseball in Margate where he lives. He is the son of prominent Atlantic City attorney Roy Baylinson and the grandson of former Atlantic City Mayor Richard S. Jackson.

Steve s litigation experience includes contract and other business disputes, as well as matters involving construction law, employment law and commercial landlord/tenant issues. Steve has represented numerous national and local businesses in both State and Federal Court. Steve is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College (1982) and the Emory University School of Law (1985). Prior to returning to New Jersey in 1995, Steve was a partner in the New York City office of Cox Padmore Skolnik & Shakarchy. Steve has been on the Board of the Jewish Community Center in Margate since 1996 and served as President from He was President of the Alcove Center for Grieving Children and Families from , and has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Salvation Army of Atlantic City since Steve s father, J. Eugene Brog, is the former long-time CEO of Spencer Gifts, Inc., the national retailer that has been based in Atlantic County for decades. RICHARD S. MAIRONE Concentrates in commercial transactions, tax and real estate matters. With a Master of Laws in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law, he also practices in estate and business planning. A graduate of Villanova University and Wake Forest University School of Law, Rick is a member of the Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the District I Ethics Committee, the Sun National Bank Advisory Board, the AtlantiCare Health Services Board of Trustees and the UNICO Scholarship Foundation Board of Trustees. Rick received the Benjamin A. Rimm award as Atlantic County s Young Lawyer of the Year in 2004, in recognition of his professionalism and community involvement. Rick s father, Robert V. Mairone, was a prominentsouth Jersey attorney from ALEXANDER J. Alex graduated with honors in Accounting from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey (B.S., 1998); he graduated in the top five percent of his class from the Rutgers University School of Law, Camden (J.D., 2002); and he received his Master of Laws in Taxation from the Temple University Beasley School of Law (LL.M., Taxation, 2009).
