Cornwall Park District School Fair Committee would like to thank all the fantastic supporters who generously offered a wide range of products, prizes, auction items, services and goods for our fair. All of the advertisements and logos in this section of the Community News are our fabulous fair supporters. We hope you help us to say thanks by supporting them in return. Check out their ads on the following pages PARENTS: Just think how good it would be if your kids cooked you dinner for a week! Are you looking for something fun and innovative to do with your kids these holidays? Let us help you teach your kids to cook and give them food skills for a life time - a child that can cook is much more likely to make good food choices. We have two options for you. Either 1. you can be the tutor (in your home, using your food, using the daily online contact, competitions and interaction). We will help you motivate and inspire your child to cook dinner for the week. OR 2. you find a student tutor and you can relax while the student tutor acts as role model to your kids you can come home to a cooked dinner each day! The It's My Turn To Cook Tonight Bosch School Holiday Cooking Program runs April 16th 20th. It costs $45 or $25 to register and you get amazing step-by-step resources including books, videos clips and tutor sheets. For more information check out Thinking of selling? Host families come in all shapes and sizes, backgrounds and ages. To this end, we would again be grateful if you would place a notice in your newsletter/bulletin or mention it on your website. United Swimming Club has secured long term access to the indoor pool at Epsom Girls Grammar School (EGGS) and will be offering development swimming programmes from the start of term 2, 23 April The swimming sessions will be 1 hour long and you can choose between 1x, 2x or 3x per week. These are an ideal opportunity to improve your swimming skills and fitness as well as suppor ng your other sports. The sessions will be at EGGS during the school term on each of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday pm and pm choose either 1x, 2x or 3x per week There are also addi onal sessions available for swimmers wan ng more than 3x per week. United Swimming Club is one of the top performing swim clubs in NZ and we privileged to have Igor and Larissa Polianski as our coaches. These programmes are established by Igor and Larissa and operate under their expert guidance. National Youth Theatre AllStars Holiday Programme perfect for the Easter Holidays Now in their 7th year these popular courses are a perfect school holiday activity for theatre enthusiasts or beginners who would like to give being on stage a go! The course culminates in two performances of a special revue shows for family and friends. Students will work with tutors from New Zealand's National Youth Theatre Company in acting, vocal / singing and dance. Sessions are held in small age-related groups to ensure that everyone receives quality tuition. We have a high staff to student ratio and qualified nurse on site at all times.
