The holding tank, piping, valves, accessories, instrumentation and all the required items for effluent holding are supplied by ABC-ACTINI. 2 The wiring between the instrumentation and our electrical panel is provided by ABC-ACTINI NB: Safety extraction system allowing rescue from outside the tank is provided by the customer CEDS DESCRIPTION Exchangers Our exchangers are made of two concentric tubes in which fluids circulate in opposite directions. The mono-tubular exchanger, single pass, ensures the absence of preferential circuits and a total sanitization. Material in contact with the effluent: SS 316L Other parts: SS 304L Operating pressure: 6 bar (90 psi) Temperature design: 180 C Pressure design: 8 bar (120 psi) Recovery Section The recovery section allows preheating the effluent from the inlet temperature up to 115 C without any energy and cooling down after treatment down to 60 C without using chilled water. Heating Section - Steam operated The heating section allows the heating of the effluent to the treatment temperature. Heating steam advantage: Steam heat coefficients Efficiency Holding Section The holding section is dedicated to ensure treatment time. The holding section is all welded to avoid the risk of leaks. Starting Tank Function: This tank is used for the startup of the system and cleaning cycles. Quantity: 1 tank per CIP skid Capacity: 200 liters Material: Plastic (polyethylene) Equipment: 1 conductivity level sensor with 3 positions (very low, high and very high) One Automatic valve for softened or domestic water inlet CIP Tanks Function: They are used for the chemicals storage. Piping will be tested under pressure at 150 PSI. All items will be tagged according to the P&ID (Identification of each component with carved stainless steel plate and connected with a stainless steel rope or beaded chain). Skid Frame The skid is designed for minimum footprint and easy access to all components which require monitoring, removal, calibration and maintenance. Maintenance access around the skid shall be at minimum of 3 feet in the front and 3 feet on one side. We recommend a clearance of 3 feet all around the skid.
