3 Citrix Virtual Classroom Overview Citrix CloudGateway is the industry's first unified service broker that aggregates, controls, and delivers Windows, Web and SaaS applications to any device, anywhere. CloudGateway gives users an intuitive single point of access and self-service to all of their business applications on any device anywhere. It also provides IT with a comprehensive single point of aggregation and control for all applications and users. Citrix StoreFront is a component of CloudGateway Express and CloudGateway Enterprise. Citrix StoreFront provides authentication and resource delivery infrastructure for Citrix Receiver, enabling you to create centralized enterprise stores to deliver desktops, applications, and other services to users on any device, anywhere. In this lab, you will get first-hand experience in installing and configuring Citrix StoreFront v1.2, which enables secure, browser-based access to applications and desktops on your web-enabled device. A good understanding of Citrix StoreFront will be key in helping you transition from Web Interface to this next-generation infrastructure. You will also get a preview of how this is integrated with Citrix XenApp and Citrix AppController solutions to deliver an optimized user experience on any platform or device. Hands-on Training Module This training module has the following details: Objective Provide hands-on experience with the following: Installing and configuring the major components of CloudGateway Enterprise.
