1 While in Internet Explorer (IE) Tempo 5 Browser settings IE 8, 9, 10 & 11 Click, Tools select Internet Options. IE 9 + shows as a gear/cog icon, select from the dropdown You can also click the ALT key and the old tool bar will be available upper left. Use Tools Select Internet Options General Tab: Browsing History Click Delete, a new page will open. Check the boxes next to Temporary Internet files and Cookies ONLY. Click the Delete button at the bottom of the page. Check the box Delete browsing history on exit. Click settings next to browsing history: Make sure the dot is on Every time I visit the webpage. The recommended disk space should be 512 to 1024 Mb Click OK to close this box. Click on the Security tab.

2 Security Tab Internet highlighted Make sure Internet is highlighted. In the lower box Security Level for this Zone Click the Reset all zones to default level button if it is available. Security Tab ALL: Trusted sites highlighted Make sure Trusted Sites is highlighted. In the lower box Security Level for this zone Click the default level button if it is available. Click the sites box Uncheck the require server verification ( (bellow the boxes) Then add the sites listed below sandicor.com realist.com realistclassic.com Make sure they show in the Allowed Sites box. They may show as *.sandicor.com and *.realist.com Click the Close box. Click on the Privacy tab.

3 Privacy Tab ALL: Settings ALL: In bold it should read Medium. Click on Default to set it to medium. Click on the Sites button. Add the site names listed below individually and select Allow. sandicor.com realist.com realistclassic.com Make sure they are in the Managed Websites box and say Always Allow. Click the OK box. Pop up-blocker ALL: If the Turn on Pop-up blocker is checked, click on the Settings button. Add the sites listed and selecting Always Allow Tempo5.sandicor.com Make sure it shows in the Allowed Sites box. They may show with the *. In front of the name example *.sandicor.com Click the Close box.

4 Click on the Programs tab. Programs Tab ALL: Default web Browser: Make sure it states: Internet Explorer is the default web browser If not click the Make default button. Check the box for Tell me if IE is not the default web browser Windows 8 and 8.1 only Click on the advanced tab, in the upper right Corner of page.

5 Advance Tab ALL: Settings ALL: Click Restore Advanced Settings. Inside the settings box check Empty Temporary Internet file folder when browser is closed Click Apply lower right corner of the page. Click Ok bottom center. You are finished setting your "Internet Options" browser settings. We still have two more settings to be completed. Please continue Complete The Compatibility View Settings and Active X Control Installations

6 Compatibility View Settings for IE 9, 10 & 11 The browsers need to be using compatibility mode. From the Tools drop down menu look for the Compatibility View Settings. IE 9, 10, & 11 If you do not see tools click the ALT key and the legacy tool bar will be available upper left. Select Compatibility View Settings and add the site below. 7 Active X Controls Install All versions prior to Windows 8 1) Close ALL open windows 2) Go to the Start menu and select All Programs (or Programs, depending on your version of Windows) 3) Find Internet Explorer in the programs list and Right Click it (do NOT select the 64 Bit version) 4) Select Run as Administrator 5) In that Internet Explorer window, navigate to 6) Click the INSTALL button on that page (if all statuses display a red check mark you are finished See step 8). 7) If you see red X's, after you click INSTALL, look for an information bar at the top or bottom of the page. Click on the bar and then click the option to install the Active X Controls. Then click the INSTALL button again. You will see several boxes appear. Click the INSTALL button on each. You should see red check marks to the right under status for each file that successfully installs. 8) When all items are checked, you can close that window and open the Tempo site normally. If you don t see any notices or prompts to install the Active X controls, you ve succeeded! 1. Close ALL open windows Windows 8 & 8.1 Active X Controls Install 2. Go to the File Explorer menu icon, click to open. 3. Click the C: drive to expand its list. 4. Click Program Files to expand its list. 5. Click Internet Explorer to expand its list. 6. Find iexplore in the programs list and Right Click it. 7. Select Run as Administrator

8 8. The user account box will ask permission to make changes answer YES. 9. A new internet window will open, In that Internet Explorer window, navigate to Click the INSTALL button on that page (if all statuses display a red check mark you are finished See step 12). 11. If you see red X's, after you click INSTALL, look for an information bar at the bottom of the page. Click on the bar and then click the option to install the Active X Controls.
