Academics TERJE has been going to school for a total of 18 years, including primary school which he graduated in After graduating, he started in high school and graduated 3 years later. In 2006 TERJE graduated university, getting his Master s in Urban Planning and Management and he is now working as a college teacher. He really loves teaching and hopes to continue. TERJE s native language is Danish and he also speaks German, English and a bit of French. His former job has been working as a traffic planner. Describe your strong sides: I m great with my two children. I really enjoy my work and believe I m good at it. Describe your weak sides: Sometimes I m a bit lazy and other times I take on too much work! What is your marrital status? I m married. Do you have any children? Yes, I have a son that is almost 9 years old. He takes after me in terms of strong in school, likes to dive into new areas of knowledge etc. Started with very white hair which has turned brown/blond. He is one of the tallest kids in his class, medium/ skinny build. Likes a fixed set of rules which is a hurdle sometimes when he interacts with other kids. He has no medical history other wearing glasses (just like his mother). He likes to tell jokes and laughs a lot :-) My daughter is 6 years old and is soon starting school which she is looking forward to. She s a very girly girl that likes nail polish, make-up in general and her biggest birthday wish is pierced ears. She has blonde hair and is medium/skinny of build. She has a ton of friends and is in general an extremely happy girl. She has no medical history. Which countries have you visited: Too many to mention here. Describe the best holiday you have had: My best holiday was in Thailand with to whole family. It was simply the best of times :-) What do you like the most about your own country: I really like the open minds of the Danish people. We are a loving and giving people! Very strong personality and worked constantly on improving environmental issues. What are your goals in life? One of my more immediate goals is to travel more. What were your childhood dreams: Growing up I wanted to be a policeman - like every other kid :-) Which values do you rank the highest? Honesty! Which childhood experience made the biggest impression on you? Losing a friend to cancer in a much too young age! Which experience/moment in your life would be your: Greatest: My kids being born. Happiest: Being married. Funniest: When I m with friends. Scariest: Don t really know. Proudest: Finishing my master s degree. Most dangerous: Car crash.
