6 GROWTH STORY MOTEL ONE s success story started with the opening of the first property in Offenbach, near Frankfurt. Since then, MOTEL ONE has steadily developed and refined its concept and its popularity has grown apace: in 2005 the group already comprised a total of more than 1,000 rooms. Small wonder that the fast, continuous growth also attracted investors.
