7 Ordering Guide Menu Selection Your menu selections may be made from our extensive list of specialty menus and featured items. Should you prefer menu choices, which are not included in our brochure, please feel free to consult our Catering Service. We will be glad to create a special menu to suit your particular needs and make your gathering a truly impressive event. Note: Not all menu items will be available at Holland Centre site. Please contact the catering department for further information. Ordering Procedures In order to provide high quality product and service, we require 2 working days notice for regular coffee services and 5 working days notice for extensive events. All catering changes require a minimum of 48 hours notice. An additional fee of $25.00 will be applied for orders placed after the specified time frames. The Catering Department should be advised 2 days prior to the function date with a guaranteed number of people attending the event. Charges will be based on the number guaranteed or the number in attendance, whichever is greater All catering orders must be confirmed by telephone How To Place An Order In order to process your catering requests promptly and accurately, please use one of the following two methods to place your order sb-catering.services@sunnybrook.ca orders must be followed up with a phone call. 2. Telephone: Catering Administration Assistant (416) Telephone orders must be followed up with an . Cancellation Policy A 24 hours cancellation notice is required for Beverage/Coffee services; a 3 days cancellation notice is required for breakfasts, lunches, special events, served luncheons and receptions. When notice is not received within the specified times, a charge of 50% of the original bill will apply. Minimum Charge All deliveries are subject to a minimum order of $25.00 (before taxes). All prices are subject to PST and GST. Prices shown exclude taxes. Evenings & Weekends Regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. Catering requests outside the regular business hour will be subject to an additional charge of $25.00 per hour per server. Minimum 4 hours of service on weekends. Orders after 2:30pm at OAI campus will be subject to an additional charge of $25.00 per hour per server. All Meals Served On Disposable Unless China Is Ordered Equipment In the event catering equipment or smallwares are missing at the time of pick-up, the replacement value will be added to the bill. If you move the equipment to another room, please call x4445 and leave a message. Applicable taxes not included.
