The house has 12 social suites, 7 service suites, 2 living rooms, dinner, pantry, playroom, fireplace, employees room, loading dock, 2 gardens and swimming pool. It is currently under construction.

8 school projects 2006 Graduation project Urban Intervention - Bom Retiro Luz This is an urban project in downtown, São Paulo. It is placed in a very particular and extremely degraded area with a large amount of traffic, pedestrians and several historical buildings crossed by one of the most important avenue wich connects the north and the south area of the city. The proposition is to separate the vehicle and the pedestrian paths by changind the traffic level, providing better access to all the historical buildings in the neighborhood and creating green areas and new buildings to improve the life quality in this area.

9 2005 Studio project Temporary residence It is a residential building designed for migrants coming from disavantaged regions of the country to São Paulo, searching for a job and better quality of life. The occupants are expected to stay in the building for a month, and they have variable profiles, from singles to structured families. This building is placed in downtown, São Paulo, occupying a residual area amongst the existing buildings.
