A Member of DPS SOCIETY Obtain the business proposal along with the application form Get your queries resolved Send the application form to the company Obtain the MOU from the company Send the signed MOU along with the initial payment of Rs. 41,500/- (cheque/dd) Sign the franchise agreement and pay the balance amount Material will be dispatched by the company to the franchisee within 8-10 days Setup the school Business and Teacher Training conducted by the corporate trainer Launch the School

2 DPS KIDS Policies No bargaining The Training dates will be finalized by the head office. Please confirm the training dates before the final payment is made. The range that can be covered by a DPS KIDS branch is to be a maximum of 3 Km. For each extra Km. of coverage area, the franchisee has to pay Rs. 10,000 per Km. We don t sell individual material to anyone. If required, we can share the vendor s details and the price list upon finalization of the franchise. The site inspection charges are Rs. 25,000/-(refundable if not finalized after deducting the expenses). Franchisee Fee Rs. 3,75,000/- + Service Tax (Non-refundable) Royalty 20%

The head office will send you the printing designs by . Please approve the same by replying to the mail. If any changes are required, please get them incorporated. Meanwhile, we will send you building pictures, painting designs, color codes and stencil. Please try to complete painting ASAP. Feel free to ask for any help, if required. By this time we will start with the procurement of materials for your School. Please get the training dates confirmed from the head office. The selection of the site for the school.
