Photometry is optimised for a 5 o tilt in the streetlight head o PART No : (THERMAL PLATE VERSION) TOWARDS ROAD LED DRIVER SELECTION : The module uses 6 LEDs in a series circuit and requires a constant current LED driver capable of supplying the required current across the working voltage range of the LEDs. For voltage range and other electrical characteristics see the min/max ratings table on page 5. 4 2.0 / PHOTOMETRIC DISTRIBUTION & PERFORMANCE Lighting data files generated from laboratory measured data in IES and LDT format are available on request from Carclo. Light distribution reference images show the single module beam pattern as an illuminance plot. Target area 60m x 18m. Pole height 8.0m. Tilt 5 o 8m 60m 18m Lighting data files are available for each of the standard drive current values shown. Actual drive current used is determined by the separately specified LED driver. All LED modules are suitable for any of the drive current values shown. Higher values up to 2100mA may also be possible, depending on thermal management of the complete luminaire assembly. 5 3.0 / OPERATING TEMPERATURES & LUMEN MAINTENANCE : Lumen maintenance data is provide by Cree for the XM-L type LED as used in the module. This testing is completed according to IES-LM-80. The full LM-80 results report for LED part no XMLAWT is available from the Cree website : Heatsink temperatures are for reference only and will be affected by temperature and flow of the surrounding air. Results shown in table 3.0 are measured during operation in free air at 22 deg C. To ensure specified LED lumen maintenance is achieved, heatsink temperature is to be measured in the final installed condition and the specified maximum operating case temperature (see table 3.1) should not be exceeded. Heatsink case temperatures are measured at the reference point shown in section 4.0 overleaf. All thermal test data applies to version (with heatsink) only.
