The trim provides robust, flexible access control for both retrofit and new construction installations. Von Duprin CL993 stand alone exit trim provides many of the features of an online access control system, but without the heavy investment associated with a networked system. This unique trim is operator friendly and available with a variety of credential reader types magnetic stripe card, HID proximity, ibutton and PIN codes which allows users to select the credential type that is most appropriate for them. CL993 trim will also work with existing magnetic stripe cards and HID proximity credentials already in place in your facility, eliminating the need to issue a second set of credentials to manage the stand alone openings. Easy to use Windows based Schlage Security Management System software program the CM993 exit trim as well as other CM products offered by Ingersoll-Rand Security & Safety. Von Duprin CM993 trim is powered by 4 standard AA batteries that provide greater than 2 years of battery life on average, virtually eliminating maintenance issues.
