5 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This report compiles the list of events where MOSAIC partners have attended during the second semester of the project to disseminate the objectives of the projects in Maghreb and Mashriq. MOSAIC events target dissemination of project activities and increasing awareness among ICT community in MED countries (raising awareness on the second year) and aiming at getting formal endorsement of the newly created MED-TP (during second year). These activities are expected to provide a significant visibility to the project activities, increasing the level of involvement in the project activities of innovative companies and researchers in the field of ICT. During the second semester, the strategy has been: to set-up events dedicated to MOSAIC and Technology Platforms (e.g. Morocco). to organize a joint networking event with MED-Dialogue in Amman, Jordan. to identify ICT events in each region Maghreb and Mashriq and to contact the organizing committees of several conferences/worskhops, round tables and other dissemination activities to propose a time slot where to present MOSAIC objectives to the ICT Community. Thus, MOSAIC has been featured in more than 20 events which took place in the Maghreb and in the Mashriq. In each of these events the project activities, objectives and the expected outcomes of the MED- TPs concept were presented to MED ICT stakeholders and to the ICT R&D community including entrepreneurs, researchers and professors. In this way MOSAIC was presented to a large audience of potential members of the MED-TPs.
