2 Powered by Bright Ideas Date: IHRIM CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT This Agreement shall be between the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM), (Company) Whereas, the Company desires to have a Corporate Membership in IHRIM and has designated employees that will receive the benefits of membership; and whereas IHRIM desires to provide the membership benefits to the Company s designated employees. The IHRIM membership benefits shall include but not be limited to: 1) Workforce Solutions Review bimonthly online magazine, 2) Access to Online Membership Directory, 3) Access to the IHRIM Career Center, 4) Access to Online Products and Services Directory, and 5) Access to LinkedIn - an online community. IHRIM membership shall also include discounts on other IHRIM publications, webinars, educational courses and the annual conference. The Company agrees to pay IHRIM US$ for a one year (12 months) membership for members within 30 days of signature of this agreement. This Corporate Membership is nontransferable to another company. Once payment is received by IHRIM, IHRIM will enroll the designated employees through the IHRIM Web site to receive the full IHRIM membership benefits and discounts on products and services as may be offered periodically. This membership is for 12 months from the date of enrollment, and additions or corrections may be made to the employee information as necessary. It is the Company s responsibility to ensure that the appropriate designated employees are receiving IHRIM membership benefits by updating the employee list as changes in employees status occur.
