3 Highlights include Extensive Details Courses, Hotels and Tours (Registration and payment processes will be on our Website within 5-7 days) Dates: July School Holidays 2016 INTRODUCTION: Further to our previous newsletters, the IFC management team, along with our European partners, have decided that the Barcelona trip was not feasible due to escalating fees, the duration was for 4 days not 5 days, and offered fewer inclusions than similar clubs in Spain or in Europe. In summary, the original fee of 2600 for Barcelona is now set at 2500 per course and for the parents it remains at 600 per week. We are also heartened by parents advising that the course fees are comparable to similar camps in the UK and in Europe The information regarding the costs etc are detailed below. We are grateful to Raffaele and his company for securing these comprehensive camps at Real Madrid Foundation Clinics and Valencia, offering top coaching from the Clubs trainers along with many more inclusions (See below) The philosophy of the European coaches remains fundamental to the way the clinics will operate The child also learns how they work in a team environment, how they adapt to new training suggestions throughout the week and if they are aware of other players around them. There is no point us as a group taking a individual that feels they already know how to do everything and does not use the players around him/her to spark life in to the magical game of football. Cost per Participant per Week: Real Madrid Foundation Clinics 2, th July- 22 nd July Cost per Participant for both Weeks (Real Madrid Foundation Clinics and Valencia) 4, Accompanying Parent (per Parent per Week): (See inclusions/benefits below under Week One and Two) (For those wanting only one week, air travel can be discussed separately with our recommended travel agents) COSTINGS: Flights We have been working closely with Susanne McCardle, Travel Broker, who has spent considerable amount of time and energy chasing the best travel arrangements for our group. Whilst it may be easier to organise group fares, unfortunately the fares were more expensive than when booking individually. As a guide, our group quote adult airfares came in at $3500+ per person with limited child discounts. Individual bookings depending on exact travel dates and plans will hopefully save you between $ and $ per adult and the standard child discount will apply for all children up to 11 years old. IFC has therefore decided to concentrate on ensuring that the football clinics are successful and for parents to organise their own flight arrangements. A such, the costs above do not include airfares, which are payable by parents separately. Given Susanne has the relevant information, including the dates or arrival, organising the train journey between Valencia to Madrid, along with insurance specific to the clinics, we encourage you to use her services. However, that said, you are free to organise your bookings yourself, noting that you must be at the hotel in Valencia by the 9 th July.

5 Payments Comments: 1. We are delighted to announce that payments can be made via credit card. The site will allow you to pay in Euros or NZD 2. Our bank account details will be on the registration page on our website 3. Time payments on a case by case basis 4. All credit card payments will attract a 2-4% commission depending on the card type 5.
