4 Serenity Spa Reservations We welcome vacationers, day visitors, hotel guests, home owners and visiting groups. Advanced reservations are highly recommended to ensure the widest selection of treatments and appointment times. All services are subject to availability. Same day reservation requests are always welcome, based on availability. If you prefer a male or female therapist please let us know when you make your appointment. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number. Cancellation Policy All re-scheduling or cancellations must be received no later than 24 hours before your appointment. With this adequate notice, no charges apply. Your appointment is transferable to another designated guest, but is nonrefundable. All no-show or missed appointments will be responsible for a payment of 50% of total services reserved. Skin Condition Massages and body treatments are not recommended on recently sunburned skin. We also recommend that you do not shave at least four hours prior to receiving a body treatment or facial. Children Please arrange for childcare in advance of your appointment to respect the atmosphere of our adult environment. Peek n Peak Resort is home to numerous activities for your child. Call the Guest Information Desk at ext for information on daily activities, childcare and ski school availability. Age requirement for facial, manicure and pedicure is 13 years and older. Age requirement for massage or body treatment is 16 years and older. How to Spa The spa is a tranquil and serene retreat for your mind and body. Due to the consideration of others, we respectfully request that all visitors keep the noise to a minimum. Dedicate your time at our spa to complete relaxation. Switching off cellular phones and other electronic devices disconnects you from the mobile world and will help you relax completely. For your best health and safety, we do not recommend excessive consumption of alcohol before or after your massage, sauna, steam or body treatments. The detoxifying effects of these services along with the dehydrating effects of excessive alcohol consumption are contraindicated.

5 Serenity Spa Arrival and Check-in Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete a brief consent form and change into a spa robe. Arriving late for your appointment will shorten the length of your treatment(s). As a courtesy to all our guests, we regret that we cannot extend your service into the next guest s appointment time. Full charges apply for the remaining portion of your treatment(s). Your comfort is important to us. Our professional spa therapists will drape your body to unveil only the portion of the body that is being treated. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy. Valuables We recommend that no jewelry be worn to the spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind. Gratuities 20% gratuity if you are happy with your experience is customary and welcome. Refunds We strive to provide you with the best possible spa experience. Please let us know the day of your service if you have a concern or complaint. Services are non-refundable. Serenity Spa Boutique products may be returned for spa credit within 30 days of purchase, providing there is a proof of purchase and items are in the original packaging. Pool & Fitness Facilities A complimentary all-day pool & fitness pass is included with your spa treatment.

Signature Manicure: This complete hand and nail treatment incorporates a cleansing soak along with a warm oil and sea salt exfoliation to smooth and soften the skin, followed by paraffin, warm steam towels, moisturizing massage, nail care and polish Minutes Express Manicure: For a perfectly polished look, treat your hands to a cleansing soak, nail care, mango butter moisturizer and polish Minutes Gelish Manicure: Gelish is a gel treatment that is applied similar to nail polish. After the application, Gelish is cured under a UV lamp. The polish is dried as soon as your manicure is finished and lasts twice as long as a traditional manicure Minutes Signature Pedicure: A cleansing foot bath followed by an exfoliation using sea salts and warm oils will soften and condition the skin. Warm steam towels, moisturizing massage and paraffin will soothe tired legs and feet.
