LED light panels are powered by DC12V (constant voltage) power adaptors. Do not apply any other voltages, as it may damage the panels. The power adaptor that came with your LED light panel is either a 12V/1A (12W), 12V/3A (36W), or 12V/5A(60W). Check the description information sticker on the back of the LED light panel and to confirm that the power consumption of the LED light panel is less than the rated wattage of the power adaptor. This will avoid over heating of the power adaptors. 3. Any adjusted cords from the power adaptor to LED light panel should be kept as short as possible to avoid any voltage drop to the LED light (by default it is about 10 at #22AWG). One power adaptor can supply power to multiple of LED light panels as long as the total wattage of the LED light panels are less than the total wattage of the power adaptor. In this case, a convenient way of connecting multiple panels is to use a spider connector (split connector). Available are 3 kinds of spider connectors (2-way, 4-way, and 6-way). The 2-way and 4-way connectors have long cables, while the 6-way connector has a short cable between each DC plug. 5. In case it is required to install the power adaptor in a remote location far from the LED light panels, you can cut off the DC plug and extend the cable using a larger gauge (> #16 AWG) cable to avoid any voltage drop. The wire with a solid stripe is + and the other wire is -. 2 Instruction # 6 6. If multiple panels are wired to a single power adaptor, connect them in parallel instead of series to avoid voltage drop in order to maximize the light output. 7. Never apply AC power directly to the LED light panels as this will instantly damage the LEDs. 8. The brightness of different size panels are usually different. Special care has to be taken to match the brightness when they are installed together. Consult our technical support person for details. Instruction # 7 Device 1. LED light panels can only be dimmed with a DC dimmer. The dimmer consists of 3 components: dimmer main body, a sensor and a wireless remote control. Connect securely the DC plug of power adaptor and the DC plug of the panels to the dimmer main body. Remove the battery protection sheet in the remote control. Point the remote control to the sensor to dim the panels. (Max/Min/On/Off +/-) 2. The dimmer capacity is up to 60W each. (large size panels with two power connectors with the total wattage exceeding 60W, you have to use 2 dimmers.) 3. To control multiple panels with one remote control pad, put all sensors together. As long as the total wattage of all panels is less than 60W, you can use one dimmer to dim multiple panels. Main Body Wiring Sensor Sensor Spider Connector Remote **Total wattage below 60W Sensor

3 Mounting s 1. LED light panels can be mounted to any wall by using Mirror Clip, U-Channel, or simply screw mounting with pre-drilled holes in the panel. The panels are fragile and large panels could be heavy. Make sure the panels are secured to prevent damages. (Mounting accessories are not supplied, but can be purchased from any local hardware store.) 2. It is recommended, but not required, to leave a little bit space between the panels and wall for heat dissipation. The best way for heat dissipation would be to keep the back of the panels in contact with a metal sheet which is mounted to wall. 3. LED panels can be directly mounted to walls by drilling holes(at your own responsibility)at locations on the panel that are away from the sides where the LED lights and heat sinks are located. 4. LED light panels may deform (distort) due to gravity if not correctly supported with mounting products. # 1 Mounting #14 box 1. #14 LED lightboxes/snap frames come with mounting clips on the back. Loosen the screw to re-locate the position of the mounting clips desired. # 2 # 3 2. You can also turn the mounting clip 180 degrees for hanging. 3. Drilling holes into the frame and using mounting screw are another way of securing the product. Graphics Installation 1. It is recommended to print graphics on Dura-Trans materials for LED light panel/lightbox applications. Do not glue printed vinyl directly to the surface of the LED light panels/lightboxes, This could change the light distribution and make the center of the panels looks darker than other areas. 2. If multiple panels are put together to form a large panel, it is recommended to leave about 1/4 space between the graphics and the LED light panel to eliminate hot or cold spots along panel conjunction edges.

Wiring multiple LED light bars - same as LED light panel Spider Connector (3A/5A) 5. If required, you can install the power adaptor in a remote location from the LED light bars. You must cut off the DC plug and extend the cable using a larger gauge (> #16 AWG) wire to avoid a voltage drop. The wire with a solid strip is + and the other wire is -. The dimmer consists of 3 components: dimmer main body, a sensor and a remote control pad. Connect the DC plug of power adaptors and the DC plug of the bars to the dimmer main body, and securely insert the plug of the sensor into the dimmer main body. Remove the battery protection sheet on the remote control pad. Point the remote control to the sensor to dim up/down the bars. Main Body Bar #1 Bar #2 2. The dimmer maximum capacity is 60W. 3. To control multiple bars with one remote control pad, put all sensors together. Sensor Mounting Bars 1. Screws into brackets - Use screws supplied to screw mount the end-cap to the objects to be mounted. 2. Magnets - You can also use magnet mounting by removing the adhesive 3M tape and sticking the magnets to the objects. 3. Adhesive Tape - You can also use adhesive tape by removing protective from the tape and stick to objects.

5 Canada Terms and Conditions Payment Terms: All POs must accompany one of the below approved payment terms for the full amount of the order prior to starting production. For extremely large volume and special custom orders see below for deposit details. A) Wire Transfer (Most Efficient) B) Certified Cheque (Must Be Received Prior To Start Of Production) C) Credit Card (Max $ ) Volume and Custom Orders: A deposit is mandatory on all custom and large volume orders. The amount will vary (confirmed by Canada) based on the volume and complexity of the order. Approved Credit: Once approved credit has been confirmed (By Canada) the payment terms are Net 15 days for three months from date of invoice. Once the payment timing is consistent for three months, Canada may increase the payment terms to NET 30 days. Warranty: Although Manufacturer warrants the goods, so far as the same are of its manufacturer, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for which they were designed for a period of 2 years after invoice date, Manufacturer s obligations under this warranty are limited, at its option, to the send-back replacement of the part or parts determined to be defective or to the refund of the purchase price. Manufacturer shall under no circumstance be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages owing to failure of the goods. Manufacturer makes no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability or any other warranty, oral or written, expressed or implied, except as specifically set forth herein. Warranty is void if products are dis-assembled, modified, or improperly used. Any goods returned under warranty must be returned freight prepaid to Canada Inc., Markham, Ontario. Shipping: All orders are shipped F.O.B Markham, Ontario. All shipping charges will be added to invoice amount (Approved Carrier and Crating). Large / volume orders will be packed in a crate for shipping in order to avoid any possible damage during shipping. Crating dimensions and costs will be confirmed once the Quotation is approved. Customers are responsible for packaging cost and shipping cost. Delivery Timing: Will be provided to clients to try to meet their timelines. Whilst we endeavour to meet your delivery requirements, Canada accepts no responsibility for delays of any kind, whatsoever. Claims (Shortages / Damages): All shipments should be inspected, upon receipt, for damages and shortages. All carton(s), packing materials and damaged item(s) must be kept in original packaging as the shipper will not honour claims. In all cases, the purchaser assumes all risk of loss or damage to products in transit, and likewise assumes responsibility for filing a claim with the carrier. In the event of freight damage, notify the carrier immediately, and mark the bill of lading damaged upon receipt. In the event of Package Shortages you must notify the carrier to file a claim with the carrier and mark the bill of lading shortage upon receipt. Canada is not responsible for the cost of replacement materials or freight expenses for goods damaged or lost in transit. Canada Claims (Shortages): All shipments should be inspected, upon receipt, for shortages. In the event of Product Shortages within the correct Package Shipment you must file a claim with Canada within 48 hrs of the receipt of the package. Cancellation, Returns Of Orders / Product: If there is an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. No cancellations are accepted once production started. No returns of any kind will be accepted, after a period of 2 weeks from shipping date unless it contains a return authorization number that has been approved by Customer Service. Returned goods must be received in one week from date of return authorization number issued date. A re-stocking charge equal to 25% of all materials and services invoiced, together with all freight charges, apply to all returns. Product Samples: All product samples are detailed in the Canada Sample Price List. All product sample requests are to be submitted on a formal PO and charged to the client at the rates provided in the sample price list. Cautions: 1. The LED Products may not be suitable for outdoor environment applications unless approved. 2. The Snap Frame may open automatically if the inserted posters are excessively heavy. 3. Outside corners of the Snap Frames are sharp. Handle with care when installing, opening and closing the product. Pay special attention to safety. 4.
