Inviting clients to connect What you should know about Find App and Collaborative Search Find App lets you invite your clients to use a version of the realtor.com mobile app branded with your photo and contact info. All primary inquiries will be routed to you, and you will receive real-time notifications on your iphone, ipad and/or Android device. Find App lets you easily suggest one or more listings to one or more clients. Clients are able to send you showing requests for properties they want to see. And, you re able to have instant messaging conversations right in the app for each listing.

2 with Find App by Realtor.com and Collaborative Search The overview below outlines the steps to set up your Find App by Realtor.com with Collaborative Search and start inviting clients today! Detailed instructions for each step are included within the guide. Add/Update your agent photo and contact information on realtor.com. Install the latest version of the Find App by Realtor.com to your iphone, ipad and/or Android device. Setup your Find App by Realtor.com App in three easy steps Invite your clients to connect with you. Add/Update your agent photo and contact information on realtor.com Start by accessing the realtor.com Control Panel to add your agent photo and contact information to display for your buyers and sellers in the realtor.com mobile app. If your agent photo and contact information are current in your realtor.com Control Panel, skip to page 4. Visit 2

3 New to realtor.com? Click Sign Up Here and follow the on-screen prompts to create an account. Already using the realtor.com Control Panel? 1. Login by selecting your MLS Name from the drop-down menu. 2. Enter your MLS ID and password then click on the orange GO button. NOTE: The first time you login you will be prompted to add a Security Question and Answer. 3. The Terms and Conditions window appears. Review and click I Accept. NOTE: A message may appear prompting you to enter your NRDS ID (located on your NAR membership card). 4. Once you are logged into the Control Panel, click Update Now from the Dashboard under Step 1: Complete Your Profile. 5. Click edit photo to add your photo, browse to the appropriate directory to select your photo then click Save. 6. Click the edit product business card link and edit or add your name, slogan, website URL (be sure to include and up to three phone numbers by typing them into the text boxes then click Save. 7. (Optional) To display different information in the Profile Business Card, click the edit profile business card link and uncheck the box labeled use the same information as the Product Business Card. Edit as desired then click Save. 8. Click edit and enter your in the Consumer Inquiry field. Click Save. Your agent branding is now updated. 3

4 Install the l a t e s t version of F i n d A p p b y realtor.com From your mobile device, visit ios App Store or Google Play Store. Search for Find App by Realtor.com. Select the Find App by Realtor.com app. Click Install or Update. Setup the F i n d A p p b y R e a l t o r. c o m app in a few easy steps Tap the Find App by Realtor.com icon on your mobile device to launch the app. From the initial screen, select your primary MLS and enter your MLS Identifier (Public ID, Agent ID) then select Get Started the system will display your information and photo, press Yes to continue. 4

5 To complete the registration process you will be asked for an address and password for your realtor.com website account. If you already have a realtor.com website account you can enter that address or, if not, you can create a new realtor.com account at this time. You are now connected and can begin inviting clients! 6 Invite clients to connect Inviting clients Clients who accept an agent s invitation to connect will see that agent s branding when they sign-in to the realtor.com mobile app. Additionally, all primary inquiries from that client will be routed to their agent. Clients will be able to request showings and receive suggested listings from their agent. To invite clients to connect with you via Find Collaborative Search: 1. On the home screen, tap Invite Clients. iphone Android 2. Enter the address of the client you wish to invite. You may also select from your device address book by tapping +. NOTE: If your client already has a realtor.com user (consumer) account, be sure to invite the address associated with their realtor.com user account. 7

7 Invite clients to connect 3. Your client will receive your invitation via as well as in their realtor.com mobile app. via via App NOTE: A client can only be connected to 1 agent at a time. 4. While waiting for clients to connect, you can tap Pending Clients to view the status of your invitations. At this time, agents can have up to 100 active invitations and connections.
