Type in yur User ID and Passwrd in the apprpriate bxes. Then, either click the "Lgn" buttn r press the "ENTER" key. If the User ID and Passwrd yu entered are valid, yu will be successfully lgged n t Discver ecentral Pr. 2 Changing Yur Passwrd at First Lgn If yu are lgging n t Discver ecentral Express fr the first time utilizing yur Temprary Passwrd, the fllwing Expired Passwrd dialg bx will appear prmpting yu t change yur passwrd. Fllw these steps t change yur passwrd: Enter yur current passwrd in the apprpriate bx. Chse a new passwrd and enter it in the tw bxes labeled "Enter yur new passwrd:" and "Verify yur new passwrd:" Click the "Change Passwrd" buttn t attempt t change yur passwrd. Yur new passwrd must be: Must have at least ne numeric and ne alpha character Must be 8 characters in length May nt have a single character repeated mre than 2 times Additinally, there are certain reserved wrds that are nt allwed, including wrds that are t similar t yur last passwrd. If yu chse a passwrd that is invalid, the dialg bx will reappear and ask yu t chse anther passwrd and try again. After yu have chsen a valid new passwrd, yu will be taken t the next step in the lgn prcess. Fr security purpses, yu will be prmpted t change yur Discver ecentral passwrd every 30 days. 2 P a g e

3 Changing Yur Passwrd at Will Hwever, if yu wish t change yur passwrd at any time, yu will find a change passwrd service n the Admin tab. T change yur passwrd, simply fllw these steps belw: 1. Click n the Admin tab. 2. Click n Passwrd Security under the Administratin menu. 3. Enter yur current passwrd in the apprpriate bx. 4. Chse a new passwrd and enter it in the tw bxes labeled "Enter yur new passwrd:" and "Verify yur new passwrd:" 5. Click the "Change Passwrd" buttn t attempt t change yur passwrd. 6. Nte: Yu can nly change yur passwrd ONE time per day. If yu try t change yur passwrd mre than nce a day, yu will receive an errr message. Please cntact us at if yu require assistance. Nte: As a precautin, whenever yu change yur passwrd, yu will receive a Passwrd Change alert t ensure that yu in fact are the persn making updates/changes t yur passwrd. 4 Enhanced Online Prtectin Enrllment At sme pint after yur first lg in t Discver ecentral (Express r Pr), yu will be prmpted t enrll in ur Enhanced Online Prtectin prgram. As part f this enrllment, yu will be asked t: Establish yur Security Questins Yu will be asked t select 3 Security Questins frm a list f pre-determine questins in the drpdwn list Yu will be prmpted t prvide answers t the 3 questins yu select Prvide at least ne cntact phne number Prvide a valid Address The infrmatin cllected during the Enhanced Online Prtectin enrllment prcess will be stred in ur security system and will be utilized in the event that yu: Frget yur passwrd and wish t request a new passwrd Fail t prperly enter in yur passwrd and suspend yur accunt Answering these questins accurately will enable yu t be able t: Reset yur passwrd upn initial failed lgin Reset yur current passwrd if yu have suspended yur user accunt due t 3 failed lgins If yu have frgtten yur passwrd and receive an errr message stating that yur User ID and Passwrd cmbinatin is nt valid, yu can either: Try again t enter yur passwrd Request a new Temprary Passwrd 4 P a g e

5 If yu are prmpted t d this while yu are lgged int Discver ecentral Express, yu will first receive this Enhanced Online Prtectin screen prmpting yu t enrll. In rder t prceed with the enrllment prcess, yu must click n the Cntinue buttn. Upn clicking the Cntinue buttn t prceed with enrlling in this prgram, yu will receive the Enrllment Step 1 f 2 screen belw: 5 P a g e

6 T cmplete the enrllment prcess, yu must d the fllwing: Under Identificatin Questins: Select Questin 1 frm the drpdwn and enter an answer in the Answer bx Select Questin 2 frm the drpdwn and enter an answer in the Answer bx Select Questin 3 frm the drpdwn and enter an answer in the Answer bx Under Yur Cntact Infrmatin: In the Phne Number sectin: Yu must enter at least ne phne number Select a Phne Type frm the drpdwn bx Cuntry Cde is ptinal Area/City Cde is required Number is required Ext (extensin) is ptinal and will allw the entrance f up t a 5 digit extensin In the sectin: Yu must enter a valid address in the Address bx Yu must then enter the same address in the Verify Address bx Upn cmpleting all f the items n the Step 1 screen, click the Cntinue buttn. 7 If yu nticed any errrs n the screen, yu can click n the Edit buttn and this will return yu t the Step 1 f 1 screen where yu can make changes t yur security questins, phne number(s) and address. Hwever, if all f the data entered and reflected n the Step 2 f 2 screen is crrect, simply click the Cntinue buttn. Yu will receive a cnfirmatin that yu have been successfully enrlled in ur Enhanced Online Prtectin prgram. Simply click the Cntinue buttn t prceed t the Discver ecentral Express main menu screen. 7 P a g e
