1 FEES : (September 2016 June 2017) HAPPY MERCREDI, PROGRAM & SCHOOL HOLIDAYS 1- COST OF ENROLLMENT Valid for all services offered by Pari-Grandir and including all members of the same family throughout the school year, the registration fees at the center are of 25. This includes registration and administrative fees, center tours and meetings with our team members and teachers. Registration fees are waived for all renewals of annual subscriptions for our "Afterschool Program" or "Happy Mercredi" programs. 2- TAX DEDUCTIONS AND FUNDING BY A COMITE D ENTREPRISE (Works Council) a- A 50% tax credit as a mode of care outside the home, limited to declarations of 2300 per year for children under the age of 6. b- Funding possible by the Works Council (Comité d Entreprise) in the category of childcare and children's entertainment. c- Payment by CESU (Cheque Emploi Service Universel; Universal Employment Checks Service) and holiday vouchers (Chèques Vacances) for certain activities. 3- PRICING GUIDE a- Annual subscription (10 s: September to June): Happy Mercredis & Afterschool Program The rates for our annual subscriptions (10 s) have been calculated for an average of 3.7 weeks of school per during the school year and therefore, remain identical for every of the school year. Vacation periods and holidays are not included in the annual subscriptions. The July 3 rd to July 7 th, 2017 school week is included in the annual 2017 subscription and thus will generate no additional charge. PLEASE NOTE: For the new afterschool program formula between 3:00-6:30p.m.", any additional hour will be billed and is subject to additional charges starting at 10 per hour, per child and 15 for two children. The booklets (Carnets) are valid until the first day of the 2017 summer holidays. Pari-Grandir welcomes children from the first year of pre-kindergarten up until the last year of primary school (CM2).

2 b- Terms of Cancellation All registrations are rendered valid after payment of the selected formula. Credits cannot be issued for cancellations made 48 hours or less before the scheduled presence of the child, excluding proof of a medical justification. In the case of a cancellation of part of a holiday package, the remaining balance can be credited towards carnet de tickets (booklets) or can be negotiated for different services offered by Pari-Grandir. Reimbursements are not issued under the framework of our annual subscriptions in case of any absence. In the case of a termination of the annual subscription during the school year, families must give at least 3 s notice prior to departure and settle these s of service, regardless of the cause of the departure from Pari-Grandir. The establishment reserves the right to terminate at any time the present agreement in the case of noncompliance from the parents of their obligations under the internal regulations, and in the case of unresolved dialogue between the family and Pari-Grandir, 4- "All Inclusive" Packages a- Happy Mercredis & School Holidays The different "Happy Mercredis" & "School Holidays" formulas include an access to the entire facility's equipment, activities taught in English (kids yoga, art, theater, etc.), various cultural, linguistic and artistic workshops, outings (parks, museums, etc.) and an afternoon snack (fruit, applesauce, biscuits, etc.) All lunches are provided by the parents via a lunch box, and can only be refrigerated and/or reheated (microwave) by the Pari-Grandir staff. The parents are therefore responsible for the totality of the meal for their child/children. The children arriving in the morning who wish to stay and eat at the center must be picked up between the hours of 1:30 and 2 p.m. The children coming in the afternoon must be dropped off in the same time frame. b- Afterschool Program and Pickups The different formulas for the Afterschool Program includes the picking up of children after school (for approved schools near the center), a balanced snack, homework assistance, the participation in our Afterschool Program activities (English / French Time, art, yoga, music, theater, etc.) and access to the center's equipment. Please note school pickups do not apply for the "3p.m.- 6:30p.m." & "4:30p.m.- 8p.m." special formulas, or school children arriving from École Koenig. Homework Assistance is mainly offered between 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. depending on the different arrival times from school. Please note, the productivity of our homework sessions depend strongly on the children s focus and organization during such sessions. Pari-Grandir does not guarantee completed work if the child must leave before the end of their homework time frame.

3 5- Fees a- Happy Mercredis The fees for Happy Mercredis begin at 7.98 / hour for one child and at / hour for two children before any tax deductions. - The formulas 11:30 a.m.-8 p.m. and 1 p.m.-8 p.m. include school pickups. - Children of the 8 a.m.- 8 p.m., 8 a.m.- 2 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.- 8 p.m. formulas can have lunch at the center (only packed lunches). 4 b- Afterschool Program The parents can choose between the several formulas presented below. The fees mentioned do not take into account tax deductions. - Annual Subscriptions A new special formula 3 p.m.-6:30 p.m., not including school pickups (aside from Ecole Koenig children), is now offered to parents wishing to include their children in our centers after school activities, without having to subscribe to our school pickup formula. A new special formula " 4:30 p.m. -8 p.m. " has also been created in mind for older children who do not need to be picked up from school and can walk home from school alone. Furthermore, following changes in school schedules, the formula Mix and Match is now offered, including each week: two school pickups for our afterschool program beginning at 3 p.m. and two pickups beginning at 4:30 p.m.. Our rates depend on the times that school let out at and the number of days present, weekly.
