Of course, you ll visit all of the major must-see sites, but you will also enjoy some exclusive tours and foodie experiences with Lori s favourite local guides. Single room supplement: $ PROPOSED ITINERARY: Day 1 - Friday, March 13: Evening departure from Toronto to Paris flying with KLM via Amsterdam. Dinner and a light breakfast will be served on board. Day 2 - Saturday, March 14: Afternoon arrival in Paris, leaving us time for a panoramic tour of Paris, as we transfer from Charles de Gaulle airport to our cozy, nicely-situated hotel in the Latin Quarter. After dropping our luggage and freshening up, we will orient ourselves to the new neighborhood. Afterwards, we will enjoy a champagne cruise on the Seine River before dinner at a typical French bistro.

2 Day 3 - Sunday, March 15: This morning after a light breakfast, we will go to the Marché Richard Lenoir, also known as the Bastille Market (my absolute favorite!). We will need several hours to soak up the incredible atmosphere here the sights, sounds, smells and flavors are unlike anything we know at home! Some of you will have the opportunity to put together a picnic, and enjoy the rest of the day on your own. Some may want to join me for a stroll through the Marais district, or Les Halles which will both be bustling with activity on a Sunday in March. Dinner will be on your own this evening. Day 4 - Monday, March 16: Today we will make our way to the Musée D Orsay; home of the impressionists paintings by Monet, Manet, Degas and Renoir. You will be in awe as you wander through this renovated train station gallery! The restaurant here is worth a visit, but will have to wait until another time, as today we will be having lunch at Le Jules Verne, located on the second level of the Eiffel Tower! A private elevator will take us to the Alain Ducasse dining room, at 125 meters above Paris. After our 3-course lunch, the rest of the day is free to explore as you wish. Day 5 - Tuesday, March 17: This morning we will gain some cheese expertise at one of Paris s loveliest local markets, with two savvy French women. We will be joining our Parisian hosts, Aurélie and Marion for a market visit, which includes their favorite foodie shops, followed by a wine & cheese tasting in their own apartment. To quote Aurélie: What is important for us is not only that your clients learn about French food, but also that they feel like being with French friends in Paris. The rest of the day is free time to explore. Day 6 - Wednesday, March 18: After breakfast this morning, we will take our own private Sugar Walk: a three-hour walking tour of the Marais District, with a focus on chocolate and pastries! As we learn about the boulangerie/patisserie/chocolaterie culture that thrives in Paris, sample and shop, our tour host will be picking up all sorts of goodies for a sweet picnic back at the La Cuisine Paris studios. From here, we will walk to the Louvre where some of the world s greatest art will be waiting for us. Day 7 - Thursday, March 19: This day will be completely up to you. You can take a day trip to Fontainbleau, or perhaps participate in a cooking class (croissants? macarons? desserts?), possibly a wine class, or shop till you drop at Printemps and the Galéries Lafayette on the Right Bank. Day 8 - Friday, March 20: Today will be a full day, as we join our guide for an adventure in Versailles. We will take an early train to the village where we will have an exclusive tour of Louis XIV s kitchen garden-the Potager. We will wander the local market to pick up our appetizer course for our 4-course lunch, at a local restaurant. After lunch, we will enjoy a private tour of the Palace of Versailles. We will take the train back to Paris, where we will have some time to relax before dinner on our own. Day 9 - Saturday, March 21: Free day to do that last-minute souvenir shopping, sight-seeing or wine tasting. We will convene for our farewell dinner at a Parisian restaurant in the late evening. Day 10 - Sunday, March 22: After an early breakfast, we will take our private transfer from the hotel, to Charles de Gaulle Airport for our return flight home.

4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS: Reservations should be made as early as possible to ensure the departure of your choice. A deposit of $ is required at the time of registration. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit and application form. No reservations will be accepted without a signed application form. REFUND OF UNUSED ARRANGEMENTS: Because the rates of Pauwels Travel Bureau Ltd. are based on group participation, no refund can be made for any tour accommodation or tour service or tour feature not taken. If cancellation occurs while the tour is in progress, no refund can be made for the tour portion not taken. We strongly suggest that to allow for any unexpected contingencies, you purchase the all-inclusive insurance. CANCELLATION POLICY: Refund of deposit is made in full if cancellation is received in writing by Pauwels Travel Bureau Ltd. more than 90 days prior of the departure date of the tour less a $ non -refundable administrative fee per person. For cancellation received in writing 90 days prior or less the following cancellation charges apply: 90 days to 46 days before departure: 25% of tour cost 45 to 31 days before departure: 50% of tour cost Within 30 days prior to departure: 100% of tour cost RESPONSIBILITY: Pauwels Travel Bureau Ltd. reserves the right without notice, to withdraw any part or all of the tour. Factors such as airline schedule changes, hotel overbookings, inclement weather, etc. may necessitate changes in the itinerary as outlined. There may also be other circumstances in which changes become necessary or advisable. Any savings realized by these changes will be passed on to the passengers, any resultant expenses shall be borne by the passenger. Pauwels Travel Bureau Ltd. acts only as an agent in securing hotel, transportation and other travel services and in no event shall be held responsible for the failure by any person or company to render any transportation, lodging or other travel service to be provided on the tour. All hotel, transportation and other travel services are provided to tour members subject to all the terms and conditions under which they are offered to the public generally. The acceptance of the initial service to be provided under the tour shall be considered an acceptance by the tour member of those conditions. AIR TRANSPORTATION: Transatlantic economy flight by scheduled IATA carrier(s), based on an economy class group fare. All fares are subject to specific rules and regulations, to changes and to government approval. Deviations from the group flights are possible but subject to higher rates. Pauwels Travel will research any request for date or routing changes at the time they are requested. Should any individual rate be less than the group fare plus airline and administrative fees, the lower rate will be offered to the tour participant. Individual airfares are subject to immediate ticketing and the fare plus taxes must be paid at the time the ticket is issued by the participant requesting the change. Should the group airfare be the lowest available rate, an administrative fee of $50.00 plus any airline charges will apply.
