1 Sugar Mama s Sexy Sweet Treats to keep you feeling slim, satisfied and Guilt-free!!! Recipes Peanut Butter Bliss Balls Super Food Bliss Balls Cinnamon Raisin Cashew Bark Macaroons Do-It-Yourself Almond Milk Raw Cookie Dough Chunky Monkey Pina Colada Smoothie Creamy Chocolate Smoothie

2 Peanut Butter Bliss Balls 1 cup soaked almonds 1 cup dates (pitted) 1 cup peanut butter (natural) 1/2 cup raw cacao nibs pinch of sea salt 2 tbsp raw cacao or shredded coconut (for dusting) 1. Place soaked almonds, pitted dates, peanut butter raw cacao nibs, pinch sea salt, in food processor. 2. Blend for about 4 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. (We like ours on the chunky side.) 3. Roll the batter in to 1-2 inch round balls (about 1 tbsp of batter per ball) 4. Roll each ball in cacao powder or shredded coconut. 5. Freeze or refrigerate until they are all enjoyed - pace yourself ;-) Note: Do not try this recipe in a blender, you will burn out your motor! Recipe makes ~16 treats. Super Food Bliss Balls 1 cup soaked almonds 1/2 cup dates (pitted) 1/2 cup soaked goji berries 1 cup raw cacao powder or nibs ¼ tsp of cinnamon ¼ tsp vanilla pinch of sea salt 2 tbsp raw honey 2-3 tbsp coconut oil (warm to a liquid consistency) 1 cup shredded organic coconut (unsweetened) 1. Place soaked almonds, goji berries, pitted dates, aw cacao powder or cacao nibs, cinnamon, vanilla extract, pinch sea salt, raw honey, coconut oil (warm to a liquid consistency), in food processor. 2. Blend for about 4 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. (We like ours on the chunky side.) 3. Add more coconut oil or the goji berry soak water in small increments for extra moisture if needed. 3. Roll the batter in to 1-2 inch round balls 4. Roll each ball in coconut shavings. 5. Refrigerate until they are all enjoyed - pace yourself ;-) Note: Do not try this in a blender, you will burn out your motor! Recipe makes ~16 treats.

3 Cinnamon Raisin Cashew Bark 1/2 cup cashews 1/2 cup raisins 1 tbsp of cinnamon ¼ tsp vanilla pinch of sea salt 2 tbsp raw honey or Yacon syrup 1 cup cacao butter (or coconut oil) ¾ cup raw cacao powder 1. Place a small amount of water in the bottom of a medium pot. Heat to simmer 2. Place glass bowl on top of the pot to create a double boiler. 3. Shave the cacao butter with a grater and place in the glass bowl. Stir or whisk with rubber spatula or silicon coated whisk until melted. 3. Add the vanilla and raw honey or yacon syrup. Continue to stir. 4. Slowly add in the cacao powder, stirring as you add powder in, to desired consistency. 5. Drizzle a small amount of chocolate batter on your finger. Add more sweetener to taste. 6. In a pyrex or glass dish, add the raisins and cashews. Coat with cinnamon and stir or shake to distribute evenly on bottom of dish. 7. Pour the liquid chocolate over the raisins and cashews. Stir again until coated. 8. Add small sprinkle of sea salt evenly over the bark batter. 9. Place in the freezer and allow to set for at least 15 minutes. 10. Remove bark from freezer. Cut bark into chunks and serve immediately or store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container until all is enjoyed. Note: Raw Chocolate can cause feelings of euphoria But don t over do it!

4 2 cups finely shredded organic coconut (or 1 cup coconut, 1 cup almond pulp from homemade almond milk) 1 whole egg and 1 egg white (organic free-range eggs if possible) Macaroons 2/3 cup unrefined local honey 1 tsp organic vanilla extract dash sea salt optional: Dash of organic cinnamon 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all wet ingredients in Large mixing bowl, 1 whole egg and 1 egg white (use organic brown free-range eggs if possible), 2/3 cup raw honey, 1 tsp organic vanilla extract 3. Gradually fold in the shredded coconut, sea salt and cinnamon (optional) 4. Mix well until all coconut is coated and the mixture is moist. If mixture is too dry, add another egg white and/or a bit more honey. Should be moist but not at all runny. 5. On a baking sheet, place a layer of parchment paper (This step is crucial. It will save you time scrubbing the pan and your macaroons will remain intact.) 6. Form batter into little mounds on the parchment paper. Use about 1 tbsp of batter per cookie. Squeeze them as you shape them so they will stay together. 7. You may need 2 baking sheets depending on the size of the macaroon mounds. This batter makes ~20 cookies. 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until bottom of macaroons start to turn a golden brown. 9. Remove from oven and slide parchment paper on countertop or another surface to cool. 10. Wait 5-10 minutes (do not skip this step) 11. Once cookies are cooled, peel them off of the paper gently. Variations: Add a spoonful of nut butter or raw cacao powder to the batter for variety.

5 Do-It-Yourself Almond Milk 1 cup raw almonds 3-4 cups filtered water 1. Soak 1 cup almonds in filtered water overnight. 2. Dump soak water and rinse soaked almonds thoroughly. 3. Place soaked almonds and 4 cups of filtered water in blender for 60 seconds. 4. Using a nut milk bag, fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain pulp from liquid. 5. Reserve pulp for Bliss Balls, Cookie Dough or Macaroons. 6. Place fresh almond milk in glass jar in fridge for up to one week. Variations: Add ½ tsp raw honey or 2 drops of liquid stevia to sweeten. Add pinch of cinnamon or ¼ tsp of vanilla extract for flavor. Cookie Dough 1 cup almond pulp (see Almond Milk recipe below) 2 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp tahini 1 tbsp raw honey 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs pinch sea salt 1. Mix liquid ingredients in medium mixing bowl: raw honey, tahini, coconut oil, and pinch of sea salt. 2. Slowly fold in almond pulp and cacao nibs. Mix well. 3. Scoop out 1 tbsp of batter and roll each into balls. 4. Freeze or refrigerate until all are enjoyed. Chunky Monkey 1 cup almond milk 1 tbsp Cacao nibs handful walnuts ½ Banana 1 tsp maple syrup or 1-2 drops liquid stevia 1. Place cacao nibs, chopped banana and walnuts into a mug. 2. Pour chilled almond milk and sweetener into mug. 3. Stir and Enjoy! 5

6 Piña Colada Smoothie 1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen) 1/2 banana 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1-2 drops liquid stevia 1/2 cup ice 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup almond milk Optional fiber: 1 tsp chia or ground flax seeds 1. Place all ingredients in blender until smooth, about 1 minute. Enjoy! Creamy Chocolate Smoothie 1 tbsp Cacao powder (or nibs) ¼ avocado 1 cup Almond milk or water ½ Banana 1 tbsp tahini handful of ice optional: 1 tsp chia seeds ½ tsp Maca root 1.
